Purchased my first Luxe Bidet after an all male conversation in fish camp, you have to imagine all the snickering and remarks going on in the cabin. That was 5 years ago and since then I have installed / upgraded in that every toilet in my house and garage has a Luxe Bidet. It now seems that anyone that has purposely or accidentally experienced my bidet has installed or wants one installed. 

After using the first unit for a couple months one of the fittings broke and leaked everywhere. Luxe Bidet replaced the unit immediately after contact. The period of waiting for the new unit and installing it made me realize how barbaric wiping is now. If you get dirt, snot, spit, or any other substance on your skin you wash it but not the norm for one substance. Overall use of the unit is as expected. Great product for the price. 

I didn't even know this type of Bidet existed until I read an article in Consumer Reports. I've had it for over a year now and it has been one of the best things I've ever purchased. I'd say if you are fairly handy the setup is DIY. Otherwise, you may need someone to help you. My toilet paper usage has been reduced by 90% and my Cottonelle flushable wipe usage has been totally eliminated. I can't say enough good things about this product. 

It does as advertised. Very nice to have the warm water setting as well. The way it fits on a toilet requires toilet seat risers so that the seat can be level. That took a lot of trial in error over the years due to differences in toilet seat shapes we've encountered. The controls can be a little sensitive, meaning the jet of water that comes out can be stronger than expected. Overall, a good product.

Having had shoulder and elbow surgery, I NEEDED a product that was easy to use. Look no further! With raised knobs, lever to turn on the spray and self cleaning nozzles, this is the best, at HALF the cost!! 

This is the greatest thing ever! I can't believe I lived my whole life without a bidet. I thought they were too expensive, to unfriendly to use, and I didn't have enough room. All this was nonsense and Luxe Bidet Neo 320 proved me wrong. I love the hygiene and love the fact that I'm saving trees by no longer buying toilet paper. I had a problem with the first one I purchased and had immediate relief from the good people at Luxe. I recommend them to everyone! 

This thing changed my life. I can no longer live without a bidet. The benefits of this model in particular are great. Works great and was easy to set up. I love the warm water hook up in the winter time. The aim is spot on. If you’ve ever wondered about trying a bidet, give it a try. You will not regret it, and luxe has a nice selection. Even my wife who thought it would be weird, hates going to the bathroom anywhere but home now. 

Bidets make sense. Not only are they environmentally friendly, they are a much more effective at cleaning than toilet paper alone. The Neo 320 is the replacement for one that I had had for years. It is easy to install and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Standalone bidets and bidet toilets are very expensive. This is an affordable and effective alternative. I highly recommend it. 

Installation was super easy, and having this bidet has been a game changer. I love knowing that cleanliness is always available. Ordering was easy. The only thing that isn’t great is the water response to the handle can be too full power and either splash where you don’t want or be too forceful of pressure. I wish this were rectified in the original design. 

This is my second Luxe bidet. For years I traveled and frequently enjoyed using a bidet in hotels etc. A couple of years ago I bought a Neo 120 and I only regret not buying sooner. But, the Neo 320 has more features and options and it is wonderful. Excellent quality. Also, I found Luxe is very easy to install as I was able to complete the installation myself and I am 74 years old. Love it.
