Easily installed-I don't mind the cold water as it is refreshing! I bought this for me but my husband LOVES this (won't go to bathroom anywhere but home and says he has NEVER felt cleaner.) This Neo 320 is holding up very well as it gets used daily and I have had mine over 1 year with NO problems! It has even held up to the grandkids messing around with it! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! 

It took me less than 15 minutes to hook up my Neo 320 bidet for cold water use. I have it set up for hot water connection, but really don't need it. It's easy to use and it makes me feel so much fresher after using. I highly recommend this item. 

We Love our Bidet. My boyfriend friend was hesitant about using it at first but now he also loves it. Everyone should have one! There are different settings. It is easy to use. Easy to to clean. We got the one with hot water hook up but never hooked it up because it would have taken to long for the water to heat up, our water heater is in the basement. Having only cold water isn't so bad. You get use to it. 

An impulse purchase during the great toilet paper shortage of 2020, I have grown to rely on my luxe bidet! It has definitely reduced toilet paper usage. It is easy to use and was simple to install myself. I had to purchase an adaptor to work with my non-standard plumbing, but it was a minor obstacle. I recommend it to all my friends. It’s surprising how often it comes up in conversation. Cooling in summer and warming on winter. Best of all, no electricity required. Take the plunge! Get yourself a bidet and change your life. 

I wasn’t completely sold on the idea of bidets until I decided to buy the Luxe Bidet. It was such a great value for the price. The quality is great and it was easy to install. I love the fact that no electricity is needed. I highly recommend the Luxe bidet. I recently bought several others for every bathroom in my house. 

Never used a bidet before and now I never want to use anything else. We connected to warm water but find we hardly ever use it as the room temperature water is just fine. A roll of TP seems to last forever. One of the better investments I’ve ever made! 

Great device to keep you cleaner. This is easy to attach to your toilet and easy to use. Hot or cold water is nice depending on the day. Great idea for keeping yourself extra clean! 

We are pleased with our Neo 320. Ease of installation was great. I’m glad we chose the upgrade of getting hot water - room temperature water can be quite chilly on the nether regions. 

This Luxe Bidet 360 has been easy to use and keep clean. I have psoriasis lesions along my private parts and keeping clean is very important for comfort and hygiene. My family has also found this bidet to be helpful. We didn’t hook up the hot water after trying only the ambient warmth. We have been using this unit over one year and are well pleased with ease of installation, keeping toilet and unit clean. We ended up putting another shutoff valve on to keep grandkids from activating unit and spraying the walls, they think it’s funny. They eventually tired of it and stopped playing. 

Game changer. I love this bidet! I love feeling so clean. We weren't sure if we wanted one with warm water, so we decided to get one that would connect to warm water but not connect it unless we felt we needed it. We have not connected the warm water. The cool water is fine - in fact refreshing. The only issue we had, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, was the need to replace our toilet seat. We had it all connected before realizing that we needed a new seat so we had to make an extra trip to buy a one. Knowing that ahead of time would have been nice - but wouldn't have changed our decision to purchase this.
