Top quality and easy setup.
Top quality and easy setup. But the benefits are where this product shines. Our first bidet and now we hate using a toilet anywhere else that has no bidet. Both my husband and I feel this way. And as we age and have gone through various disease processes causing various bowel issues, no matter what we encounter the bidet is a perfect clean up tool. We wish we had purchased them sooner.

Best hot/warm/cold water bidet out there
I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time.

Easy install, and never felt cleaner.
After receiving advice from one of my friends about how much they liked their bidet, we decided to give this one a try. The installation was easy. The cold line hooked up quickly, and depending upon your access to your hot water supply line under your sink (i.e., inside a cabinet or in the open), the hot hooks up just as quickly. The self-cleaning feature is nice. As for its function, it works as intended and you'll never feel cleaner. For those that are fans of hygiene, once you start using this, you won't want to go anywhere else.

Wash don't smear
After using the first unit for a couple months one of the fittings broke and leaked everywhere. Luxe Bidet replaced the unit immediately after contact. The period of waiting for the new unit and installing it made me realize how barbaric wiping is now. If you get dirt, snot, spit, or any other substance on your skin you wash it but not the norm for one substance. Overall use of the unit is as expected. Great product for the price.

I am LOVING the Bidet. I was not sure what to expect. I am pleasantly surprised. It was super easy to install. I love that it has the self cleaning dual nozzles. It makes me feel more confident that the Bidet is clean. I also love the Hot and Cold water option. Sometimes you need a little cold other times you need a little hot. Anyone who is on the fence should go ahead and get one you wont reget it.

Great product, everyone wants one
Purchased my first Luxe Bidet after an all male conversation in fish camp, you have to imagine all the snickering and remarks going on in the cabin. That was 5 years ago and since then I have installed / upgraded in that every toilet in my house and garage has a Luxe Bidet. It now seems that anyone that has purposely or accidentally experienced my bidet has installed or wants one installed.

Seat has issue after installation
I really wanted to like it. I spent a long time searching for a bidet and finally found this one, thinking it would be a great fit based on the price and reviews. I ordered two of these bidets several months ago. However, I had a lot of trouble installing it, even after watching many YouTube videos. I eventually asked a friend who is a handyman to help me with the installation, but we still encountered the same issue. In the end, I had no choice but to return it.

Great, but full pressure is intense
Installation was super easy, and having this bidet has been a game changer. I love knowing that cleanliness is always available. Ordering was easy. The only thing that isn’t great is the water response to the handle can be too full power and either splash where you don’t want or be too forceful of pressure. I wish this were rectified in the original design.

My family loves our Neo 320 bidet
If there's ever a second bathroom in our future, we will be getting another one. It's easy to use and install. We did have to purchase separately, a pee guard to close the gap between the toilet bowl and lid as well as add toilet seat bumpers because of the add height the bidet attachment gives. Aside from these adaptable changes, I love our bidet, it's changed our life and our toilet paper budget.

A great and affordable bidet
This bidet is great. Works exactly as advertised, and not having to deal with ice cold water is amazing. Setting it up was a bit of a project, but all things considered they make it as easy as they can and provide everything you need along with helpful instructions. Overall a very good bidet, worth the price. Pro tip: turn the water on “nozzle cleaning” for 30 seconds before switching over to ensure you have warmer water.
