[Incentivized Review] Warm or Cold Water
This bidet is great. It has two cleansing spigots. One for the feminine area, and one for the rear. I love that this model hooks up to your sink hot and cold pipes. Having warm water in the spray units is very nice, especially in the winter time. This bidet was easy to install. It comes with an instruction pamphlet and the tools necessary for installation.

[Incentivized Review] Game changer.
This product has been a game changer for my household. Not only are we getting cleaner after each bathroom visit, but we've saved so much on paper products as well. Oh yeah, and with the warm water hose attachment, no more traumatic winter morning experiences.... Would highly recommend this model to anyone looking to level up their bathroom game - so easy to install and even easier to use.

Better than toilet paper alone!
It does as advertised. Very nice to have the warm water setting as well. The way it fits on a toilet requires toilet seat risers so that the seat can be level. That took a lot of trial in error over the years due to differences in toilet seat shapes we've encountered. The controls can be a little sensitive, meaning the jet of water that comes out can be stronger than expected. Overall, a good product.

I just had my bathroom
I just had my bathroom remodeled and had the luxe bidet installed also. One thing I did do was connect hot as well as cold water to the toilet. I can’t believe I’ve spent so many years without the bidet. I love it.... it’s safe, sanitary and makes you feel so clean. Also saves on the use of toilet paper. I won’t ever be without one again. It’s a 5 star with my opinion.

Best hot/warm/cold water bidet out there
I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time.

One of my best purchases this entire year! Hands down! I have a septic tank so it really helps to cut down the use of toilet paper. Love the warm water function, especially in the winter time. And the women’s wash area is very useful. My only qualm is that the spacing between the toilet seat and the toilet bowl required me to buy spacers but that was not a big issue. Planning to buy another for the guest bathroom.

The gift that keeps on giving
I cannot say enough good things about this. Installation wasn't bad and actually kind of fun. Once installed, it was easy to use and pretty easy to clean. I feel much cleaner after use and the temperature adjustment makes it even more soothing. I definitely use less toilet paper now and it is just a much easier clean-up. This jet stream sooths the most fiery of bottoms. Highly recommended.

The Luxe Bidet Neo 320 is my new favorite gadget. This bidet is amazing. It has both hot and cold water so you can achievethe perfecttemperature. It is very sleek and not gaudy looking. You get everything you need to install the bidet in the box. It is very easy to install. I love that it cuts down on toilet paper consumption and saves me money.

NEO 320 Review
Bought this at the height of the pandemic last year: 3/19/20. It was easy to install and the hot water installation was straight forward. Everything was included except a way to control the cold water pressure. After contacting the company, they sent me a free shut off valve so the pressure could be turned down. It has worked flawlessly since installation. Good quality throughout. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced bidet.
