Great bidet toilet seat
This is a great bidet toilet seat if you don't want (1) an add on that sits underneath your existing toilet seat, or (2) a bidet seat that requires electricity. We opted for this one because it looks streamlined and the button function is very simple - forward turn for the front, backwards for the backside. The spray has 2 positions which for our house are sufficient, but I can see how adjustable ones might be nice for some people. Installation was a bit of a pain simply because the hoses did not match up with our plumbing. It was a bit challenging to find the right attachment but we did on Amazon. Once that was sorted out, it was simple. I can see how a seat with electricity that provides a drying function would be the next step, but for now, it's great.

A quality seat with only the features I wanted.
This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat. My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

Good features, not great.
Just there right strength for my tastes. Control panel (wall mount) has excellent layout with but a strange wall bracket w/magnets. Likely perfect for caregivers. I don’t ever need to hold the remote so I would prefer a more permanent mount. Water is very briefly cold when it starts. It is short but (😊) still surprising. Seems to leave more of my backside wet than my Toto. That wouldn’t be an issue with a unit that also had a drying so higher level models should be better. Your mileage may vary.
