Well Made. Easy Install
We had a more expensive Toto that failed to stay mounted when a little part fell off. Toto was of no help replacing the little 25 cent custom part. Left with choice of machining one or buying another bidet we opted for the well respected brand, Moen. We are very pleased that we did. It is fully functional and has a bonus night light. It mounted easily and the included templates made it right from the start. The extra inches of cord length allowed a neat installation

[Incentivized Review] No Electrical Source Needed for the 2-Series
I selected Moen’s 2-Series Non-Electronic Elongated Bidet Seat because it doesn’t require an electrical source. It doesn’t have all the bells & whistles that the other Series have such as heated seat, water temperature control, lights…but if you’re just looking for a good bidet seat that doesn’t necessitate you hiring an electrician for an outlet install, then this is the one for you! We had to use method 2 from the instruction booklet because the shut off valve wasn’t the same size as the T-ada...

It doesn’t have all the bells & whistles that the other Series have such as heated seat, water temperature control, lights…but if you’re just looking for a good bidet seat that doesn’t necessitate you hiring an electrician for an outlet install, then this is the one for you! We had to use method 2 from the instruction booklet because the shut off valve wasn’t the same size as the T-adapter that was provided. Adjusting the center of the seat to the toilet is a bit of a trial and error game until you get it right. We would need to buy additional parts in order to make the install look a bit cleaner (eg. shorter hose) or in order to adapt it to a different toilet. All in all, the instructions provided were helpful and it functions great, but cleaning it over time will be a big test. I’m a fan of this seat and absolutely recommend it!!
