Well Made. Easy Install

We had a more expensive Toto that failed to stay mounted when a little part fell off. Toto was of no help replacing the little 25 cent custom part. Left with choice of machining one or buying another bidet we opted for the well respected brand, Moen. We are very pleased that we did. It is fully functional and has a bonus night light. It mounted easily and the included templates made it right from the start. The extra inches of cord length allowed a neat installation

No room to work.

I like the quality of it but was disappointed when I put it on the toilet and noticed how small the opening is. The part at the top near the brackets was so thick there is no room left to sit. I felt like I was on a toddler toilet.

A rare bidet seat that fully covers the toilet bowl

Moen bidet is one of a few that is long enough to cover the elongated toilet bowl. It is sensibly designed for ease of cleaning and operation (seat surface is one piece). Competing bidets have splits on the seat that may accumulate dirt and are difficult to clean.

A quality seat with only the features I wanted.

This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat. My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

Very low water pressure

Bought this as an upgrade to my $30 one that went between my existing seat and the toilet. I was disappointed with this one. The jets shoot too far forward and there's no way to adjust this. But my main issue is the water pressure is so much lower than my old one. I had to rip the flow restrictions out of the inlet on the seat. Flow is now comparable to the cheap one, I just have to shift my body forward to get the right spot. The good, is that the nozzles are self cleaning and they get tucked away behind a little door when not in use, which protects them from coming in contact with undesirable material.

Not worth the price, buy a Brondell instead.

If you're reading this, go buy the Brondell S101 instead. Seriously, disregard this seat and go search for 'Brondell S101' and come back when you've got it in your cart. I'll wait. Back? Good. I bought both this bidet seat and the Brondell S101 to see which my household liked better. The Brondell arrived before the Moen and took about 20 minutes to install, most of that being me removing the old seat and a Tushy. Worked like a charm. The Moen arrived about 2 hours lat...

The Moen arrived about 2 hours later and the install on my other identical fixture took about an hour. The tensioner bolts included in the Moen kit did not stay put in my fixture so every time I tried to adjust it I had to really press down on the screwdriver to get the tensioners to bite. But that was a giant waste of time, because even though this is listed as a 'round' toilet seat, the seat itself is much longer than the Brondell. My options were: Install the Moen on my other toilet with the front hanging off by about 2 inches and the bidet housing covering about 1/5 of the back of the bowl (which would be a terrible experience for cleaning, both from splatter and from mashing one's junk on the inner lip of the toilet bowl -- ew) or install it lined up with my toilet bowl and have the lid push back on the tank every time I opened it. That's a huge no-no for me because I don't want the darn tank leaking. This thing is bulky, too long, and a massive pain to install. It also lacks the rubberized stoppers that the Brondell has, which means if you sit on the Brondell it doesn't move but if you sit on the Moen and you didn't tighten down the bolts like some sort of Herculean impact driver, the Moen will scoot to one side when you lean to wipe. Additionally, the Brondell's hookups fit the attachments the Tushy used, so I didn't need to replace the diverter on my first toilet, just the hose. With the Moen, the connectors were twice the size (and didn't fit my wrench set so I had to bust out the adjustable, which I don't like to do because I do NOT want to clonk the porcelain with that thing) and I had to replace the diverter first, which added time to the install. This seat is not worth an extra 20 bucks over the Brondell. It doesn't fit, it has a huge bidet housing for some reason, and it lacks the stability of the other seat. Now, go buy the Brondell and thank me later.

Good features, not great.

Just there right strength for my tastes. Control panel (wall mount) has excellent layout with but a strange wall bracket w/magnets. Likely perfect for caregivers. I don’t ever need to hold the remote so I would prefer a more permanent mount. Water is very briefly cold when it starts. It is short but (😊) still surprising. Seems to leave more of my backside wet than my Toto. That wouldn’t be an issue with a unit that also had a drying so higher level models should be better. Your mileage may vary.

water pressure is not the best

I really like this bidet/toiletseat but I was dissapointed at the water presure. Let me be clear, We do not have low water pressure in our house.( Just incase people will think that was the issue). Love the easy instalation. the fact that you dont need to go under the toilet to instale it. again love the product not the pressure.

Auto On ONLY

Name brand not worth the price!!!!! On the extreme costly side, I thought it had all the bells and whistles I needed until I realized the bidet turns ON AUTOMATICALLY and you must press OFF to make it stop every time you sit on it. WTH??!! It’s the opposite of what bidets are supposed to do. You sit on a warm seat, and if you choose to use it, YOU turn it on. I read thoroughly and could not find the sensor OFF button to turn off the auto-bidet feature. Doesn’t make sense…. Maybe I missed something…. If you don’t mind having your “4th point of contact” splashed in the middle of the night unexpectedly, this seat is for you. Ugh!

I put my trust in the name

I should not have done that. First. It doesn't fit a standard round toilet properly. I had to double check that I had purchased the correct one.second, the water stream is so gentle that it doesn't clean me well at all. I have to sit for 5 minutes in hopes I will be clean and most of the time I'm not. Saving to buy a different model.
