We own and tried other bidets. This one is very high quality and easy to install. The controls are user friendly and includes additional parts that may need to be replaced during maintenance. Will be purchasing more for the other restrooms in the house.

Easy to install, good basic bidet for household use
I’ve owned a number of these non-electric bidets and this one was one of the better ones. The parts that came in the box are quality, and I like that not everything is plastic. It was easy to install this bidet. I like the simplistic look, and I like the simple design of the knob. No complaints about the water temperature, as that is not determined by the bidet, and the water pressure is easily controllable.

Easy to install and use
I love that this only took about 15 minutes to install including clean up. The unit comes with everything needed to install except a screwdriver. The manufacturer also provides a free additional T-valve if the one provided doesn't fit (which I didn't need). I also love that there are two settings so everyone can use this. This unit works great with our current toilet so I will definitely buy more for the remaining toilets in the house. Have to say this was definitely money worth spending, especially for older people.

The “T” valve connector they sent is totally useless. It has two different sized threads for the in-line run. Completely dissatisfied.

This is my first bidet & I am very satisfied with this dual nozzle, non-electric bidet attachment for your toilet seat. I love that it has the options for a front or back wash. It has different pressure settings for each. Installation was very easy. Unfortunately, the T-Valve came in split, so I had to order a new valve. Other than that I have had no issues.

My husband has installed bidets before with no troubles, but this one was a fail. He spent a LONG time on it, but the T valve doesn't connect properly to US toilet and he couldn't jury-rig anything to make it work. He ended up having to uninstall it. He also noted that some of the parts felt really cheap, and he questioned how long they'd last even if the thing did work..

Garbage. I can’t even believe that this piece of trash ate my afternoon. I’m actually angrily writing this from a soaking wet bathroom floor. I spent over an hour desperately trying to get the standard washer on my origin toilet hose over the one provided. It would never seal and leaked everywhere no matter how hard two people tried to tighten it. The toilet seat also doesn’t sit flat anymore and just kind of floats over the top. If I had a Time Machine I would go back to a time before I bought this when my bathroom floor was dry.
