Great basic unit

This bidet attachment is easy to install and looks quite discreet. There’s a lot of room for mounting adjustment, so should fit most toilets - make sure you have enough wall clearance. The materials feel quite durable, but you will need some teflon tape for the threads. The two streams get the job done, but you do have to be prepared for the cold water. The control knob is easy to turn and makes the stream strength adjustable. The nozzles retract and cleaning is simple. For this price point, I’m very pleased.

So much cleaner and more economical than using bathroom tissue

Easy to install. Easy to use. Looks good. A real game changer.

We had a couple of concerns about adding a bidet attachment that made us keep putting it off. One, our friend's was so thick they had to put spacers under their toilet seat, but still ended up cracking the seat. Two, we were skittish about how comfortable it would be using water straight from the cold water supply, but we didn't want to have to install an outlet under the toilet to use a heated unit. Two, we were skittish about how comfortable it would be using water straight from the cold water supply, but we didn't want to have to install an outlet under the toilet to use a heated unit. Ultimately our concerns were unfounded. The design of this attachment is super slim and elegantly simple. It slips right into place and doesn't interfere with the seat at all. I know you can buy more complicated (and more expensive) options, but this gets the job done and is really unobtrusive. The water is definitely cool, but really feels more refreshing than uncomfortable. We got used to it pretty much immediately. Installation couldn't have been much simpler. I didn't even end up using Teflon tape for the connections, as everything fit together so nicely, but YMMV. One thing to check before you start, though, is the size of your connections. We put it on a Toto Aquia that uses a 3/8" diverter rather than the supplied 7/8" one. Easy to get at your local hardware store, though, for around $10. Once I had the right fixture, the whole installation couldn't have taken more than about 15-20 minutes with a screwdriver and a pair of plumbers pliers.

Works better-and is more fun-than toilet paper! :-)

The Uolifrem Bidet Attachment for Toilet is a solidly built and well-designed product. I’m a clumsy home handyman, but despite my limited skills, I installed this bidet in minutes. The well-written instructions include step-by-step photographs that make the installation clear and stress-free. I especially appreciate the copper fittings and reinforced piping. I never trust plastic fittings where water pressure is concerned. The handy controls allow you to direct the surprisingly strong jets of water where they are most needed. No electricity is required, so no unsightly wires are snaking across your bathroom floor. The water is not heated and will squirt at room temperature. I’d suggest not using this after flushing your tank and filling the tank with cold water from your well. Using it first thing in the morning after the water in the tank has warmed up overnight is quite comfortable. This bidet is a valuable tool for those of us with septic systems. This simple bidet has eliminated many miles of toilet paper we were flushing into our tank. I was very impressed with the ease of installation and solid components. I will retrofit the other toilets in my house to keep us all from fighting over this updated toilet. :-) is a valuable tool for those of us with septic systems. Bidet

We had bought this on the advice of a friend and had the opportunity to try one at our daughter's place. It was the best thing ever!! We were not sure how to use these and sceptical as well think the shot of cold water would be interesting.... We love it now so much and miss not having it when we go out or travel to places. It's kinda funny as it's now a habit to automatically reach for the handle when using the bathroom. This is so easy to install and feels amazing and clean when you use it!!!!

Every bathroom should have one!

We have one of these and not only does it to an excellent job of cleaning you and leaving you nice and fresh it is a HUGE saver on toilet paper! I’m not sure which reason I love it more for but those two reasons are the best reason to have one of these. But after having one I want one of these on every toilet in the house! I first used this at my friends house and loved it and came home and ordered one for us. Our kids even have one and now we have two! Again every toilet in the house should ha...

Again every toilet in the house should have one of these and after using this bidet you will also want one on every toilet you have. It’s very easy to install_just ask my husband and while a bit chilly in the wintertime once you use this you will NEVER go back to the old method of toilet paper only! Quality seems very good. Sleek and slim and other than the handle on the side you wouldn’t know it was there. Excellent product!

Easy to install!

I’ve never had a bidet before. I have used one so I’m familiar with how it works. The pressure is strong. So strong it feels like you’re pressure washing your private parts. I wish I could adjust that. It takes getting used to. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks. The water is cold and I can’t adjust it. It was easy to install which I loved!

Not as cleansing as the shower-nozzle style, but certainly more convenient

I'm a firm believer that bidets are the future, with every commode being fitted with an integrated device in the future. However, in the meantime, we gotta make the most of what we have. This model is a decent starting point. Firstly, I'm a fan of the pressure adjustment handle on the right. It's not spring-loaded so it won't jump back to neutral, and it clicks each time it levels up. They put it in a convenient spot too, a little farther back than I was expecting. Super...

Super smooth to move, even when pressurized. As far as the quality of the plastic main body, it's quite smooth and dense but lightweight, putting it on the brittle side of hard. I know a few people that have had problems with either the circular mounting brackets or the frame cracking on other bidets, so I made sure to be extra cautious and added some thin rubber tape underneath the toilet seat mounts. Assembly was easy and so was the positioning. The most difficult part was installing the T-adapter because mine kept leaking at the water tank end. Turned out that I was adding too much teflon tape on the thread so I eased off and the leak stopped. The included hose was JUST long enough to reach the knob. As far as the spray, I'd call it more of a jet when compared to the shower-nozzle style bidets that rest on the side of the water tank. I have one on my other toilet. That one has a thumb lever to control the pressure and it comes out in a fashion similar to a garden hose. Far more cleansing when you learn how to lean forward and position it properly. This one ain't that. Although much more convenient, the jet that comes out of the bidet wash side is more streamlined and needs to be handled with more care. If you crank it too high it might give you a brief glance across time, if you get my drift. Because the water that fires out is cold (especially in the basement), and in the winter, colder than cold. It's a sensation that takes some getting used to. Overall, I gotta say that it's a very decent starter bidet as long as you take care when mounting it. The metal on the threads and hose could certainly be better though - not exactly top-quality, but functional. Incidentally, I also find myself sitting slowly down onto the plastic toilet seat just in case. I'm not a heavy dude by a long shot, but all the same. 4/5 for meeting my modest expectations.

Original: Good for the price and simplicity

ORIGINAL REVIEW: 4 STARS, EDITED BELOW It took me maybe 30 minutes to get this set, having to figure out the toilet seat and connecting the water took the longest. You need to really make sure the black rubber stopper is as far in as it goes and then get a very firm fit on the pipes or you will have nonstop leaks. The tap-cold water doesn't bother me, i thought it might but its not so much worse than heated bidets. You need to turn down your water faucet a...

You need to really make sure the black rubber stopper is as far in as it goes and then get a very firm fit on the pipes or you will have nonstop leaks. The tap-cold water doesn't bother me, i thought it might but its not so much worse than heated bidets. You need to turn down your water faucet a bit to make sure the water doesnt come blasting out of the bidet even at the lowest setting youll have a lot of backsplash to clean up. Cant say I know how this product could be improved without an electric system. AFTER 2 MONTHS: After using this bidet only 2 months, now neither fossette works. The just trickle water out instead of spraying. At first one broke but i could still use the other. Now neither works.

Great bidet !

I always wanted a bidet like that since my trip to Japan. And because my toilet don't have any power outlet near it, this is perfect. Works great, installation can be tricky because there is a rubber joint you need to put in the adapter and it's not mentionned anywhere. After installing, the toilet seat remains just like if it wasn't there.
