Decent

Pros: Installation was pretty simple. Affordable. Non-electric - I don't have an outlet near the toilet for an electric one. Cons: There is only one water inlet, wish it had both hot and cold water instead. One of the nozzles didn't work when using the self-cleaning setting, so I'm not sure how that nozzles will self-clean. The front and rear nozzles don't quite aim at the right spots.

Love it!

This is a quick and easy install. I love easy nozzle control and very sleek look. The make and female features are great, and it is also self cleaning which is a big plus. It’s an amazing product… And must have!

Nice first bidet to try

We've been talking about trying a bidet for a long time to help save some money on toilet paper. I was a little apprehensive about the idea of spraying cold water right at my boohole. We've been talking about trying a bidet for a long time to help save some money on toilet paper. I was a little apprehensive about the idea of spraying cold water right at my boohole. Turns out I should have gotten a bidet much sooner. This one installed easily, just a couple of hose connections and then installing the bidet itself under the toilet seat. It's thin enough that we didn't need the included spacers, which are nice - some bidets I looked at on Amazon don't include the spacers. The controls are easy to use. Set which spray to use - backside or "feminine wash", then turn the pressure control knob to turn it on with the pressure you'd like. I was nervous trying it the first time. I was also worried about it being "off target". Surely people's butts are in slightly different positions on the toilet seat all the time, and different positioning for different people? I need not have worried. I turned it on the first time and BAM, right up mainstreet! It took a few times to get used to it. We have pretty high water pressure in our house so turning on the pressure knob just enough to start spraying is plenty for it to clean well. The fact that the water is cold doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would, I don't even notice that it's cold at this point. We should have gotten a bidet years ago! A quick spray for a few seconds and you're all clean, then just a pat dry with a few squares of TP. We're going to save so much money on TP!

Worth it in the end

A story rarely ends well when it starts with "I was lying on my bathroom floor." but wait dear reader. It was a long, hot day, and I had to find something to do indoors. A story rarely ends well when it starts with "I was lying on my bathroom floor." but wait dear reader. It was a long, hot day, and I had to find something to do indoors. The new toilet seats had arrived & I was set to install this unit when they arrived, but alas, they were the wrong shape, and thus would need to be returned. Yet I had already started on assembling & installing the bidet. I had an afternoon of errands to run that were sure to exhaust me, but after letting some toilet bowl cleaner set in and giving it a scrub, I resumed the installation. Tips: 1. turn off the water to your toilet & then flush it. I knew to do this, but unless someone says to do it, you might not think of it. 2. While assembling the device, use the included teflon tape to seal the threading on your bidet's connections. 3. Actually get down on your side with the right tool to tighten it: parrot pliers or a crescent wrench. Hand tightening won't be sufficient grip. When I didn't do this, I briefly had a little water spray, but that's how you test it. With all the connections tightly sealed, I turned on the water for a second time & the tank refilled. The kit comes with thicker feet for the bottom of your toilet seat, but I didn't see a point to them with my seat, as this device is aptly named "slim." It adds about 4-5 millimeters to the back height of the seat, which is barely anything. How does a bidet feel? Well, it's like when you use a showerhead on your delicates, except it's cold water. I found that with the way I sit, it was aimed perfectly to clean any residual fecal matter from my backside, bringing a confident, clean feeling to me that should also cut back on our need for TP without using a lot of extra water. Prior to this, I might dampen a piece of TP to get cleaner, as "flushable wipes" are not flushable. And this doesn't use much water to do it, so you're helping the environment a bit, reducing clogs, improving your hygiene, and it'll save you money on TP within the first month. I didn't notice that the frontward spray got anywhere near, but the important thing for me was a clean bottom. And because it doesn't use a lot of water, it won't leave your seat damp. In conclusion, I think you'll agree that this product is worth it in the end. Update: After finally getting new toilet seats, I bothered to install the higher pads that come with this device, so that the seat sits better on the bowl with the added bit of height. It does help the angle for the jet of water to clean your posterior better, by just a bit. Also, pro-tip: for the disks you insert at the attachment points in back, it's better if you angle these in opposite directions. Think angry brows or sad brows: either diagonally one way or diagonally the other way. This will keep the seat from shifting. And naturally, make sure the bolts are good & tight for your toilet seat, to avoid a problem.

Great Product, but not perfect...Installed two on 30+ yr old toilets - what I learned...

Sleek design. Works perfectly (with or without bumpers) with proper positioning and a tight toilet seat. The plumbing hardware provided was easy to install with no leaks (or even the provided teflon tape) and is an improvement over my old plumbing. The design of the water position feature encourages cleaning of the nozzles between water flow positions. This is more sanitary when it is necessary to go from "back to front". One should try to always wipe and wash "front to back", so the cleaning feature in between these two positions is quite handy and a good, sanitary design. The KNOBS! (especially for positioning water flow) Do not follow the printed icons exactly. But they do go in that general direction. Water flow (front knob) turns down and increases the farther you turn it. Back up to turn the water flow off (hear it "click" to make sure it's completely off) The back knob controls positioning. It should be turned all the way down, vertical to the floor, for front wash, middle or facing fully forward for cleaning, then up towards the ceiling for rear washing. Turn these gently. And, be aware that there are more "clicks" than actual positions, but the icons show the general direction the buttons should turn. Installation - First time plumber here! The instructions and video were easy to follow. I have 30+ year old toilets and installing this product has facilitated a much needed overhaul on both of them. My toilets had a small plastic pipe bringing the water from the wall to the toilet. I needed a connection hose to allow for the extra space to accommodate the seat connection. I found one easily at the hardware store and everything worked perfectly from there. The hose provided and the new hose are larger, and the water filling the toilet is much quieter and more soothing than from a highly pressurized small pipe. The bumpers were missing, so those provided are an improvement. (as long as the bidet is positioned properly, no water escapes from the gap), and I was able to re-install the toilet lid while putting everything back together. When installing the second bidet, I found it easier to remove the seat first (to make sure I could get it off before I did major pluming), Do the pluming part, then assemble the unit to the toilet and put the seat back on. It was a little difficult working around the unit while plumbing, so this was easier for me. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase. The sleek design is attractive, works very well and it has all the features I was looking for.

The front spray doesn't work; back spray is perfect

I gave a 3 out of 5 because the front spray doesn't work. The nozzle won't drop down even on the highest spray setting. I looked at it to make sure tape wasn't on it. It still doesn't function correctly. But the back spray and nozzle cleaner works perfect!

Nozzles don’t work properly

I should start with I have no previous experience with installing a bidet so this was challenging in more ways than one. The instructions are entirely pointless. I had to look up a few videos to figure out how to install it. One of the connectors had a washer that was upside down. No directions or guidance meant I had to guess work to get it to stop leaking. I’ve read other bidets come with a plastic wrench. This one does not which I learned I desperately needed. Make sure you pull the bidet as...

Make sure you pull the bidet as far away from the septic tank as possible so that the nozzles don’t just spray water under the toilet seat. This will take some adjustment so don’t tighten it to the seat till you are happy with the placement. After fighting this for over an hour, I was successful. This does sit pretty flush so my seat had no issues. How ever it does come with a few tiny pieces to help raise the seat if there is a gap. My biggest issue with this product is that the knobs don’t mean anything. One nozzle works. The other does when it wants to. The settings are inconsistent and half the time it just sprays the bottom of the toilet seat. Overall, I hated the install experience and the bidet has been mostly underwhelming. If you’re looking for a new bidet, this one isn’t it.

Not good

Both nozzles spray the front. Raises the seat of the rim an inch, is unstable.
