Very good product
This is a real good product and price. Very Easy to use and Helpful.
Nice bidet
Easy to install, no leaks, controls are intuitive to understand, gets the job done. Slim design so it’s not bulky looking.
Nozzles don’t work properly
I should start with I have no previous experience with installing a bidet so this was challenging in more ways than one. The instructions are entirely pointless. I had to look up a few videos to figure out how to install it. One of the connectors had a washer that was upside down. No directions or guidance meant I had to guess work to get it to stop leaking. I’ve read other bidets come with a plastic wrench. This one does not which I learned I desperately needed. Make sure you pull the bidet as...

I had to look up a few videos to figure out how to install it. One of the connectors had a washer that was upside down. No directions or guidance meant I had to guess work to get it to stop leaking. I’ve read other bidets come with a plastic wrench. This one does not which I learned I desperately needed. Make sure you pull the bidet as far away from the septic tank as possible so that the nozzles don’t just spray water under the toilet seat. This will take some adjustment so don’t tighten it to the seat till you are happy with the placement. After fighting this for over an hour, I was successful. This does sit pretty flush so my seat had no issues. How ever it does come with a few tiny pieces to help raise the seat if there is a gap. My biggest issue with this product is that the knobs don’t mean anything. One nozzle works. The other does when it wants to. The settings are inconsistent and half the time it just sprays the bottom of the toilet seat. Overall, I hated the install experience and the bidet has been mostly underwhelming. If you’re looking for a new bidet, this one isn’t it.
Very Nice Bidet
The design of the bidet is very nice because none of the controls are on top of the arm. If you are a plus size person or have big people in your family you know what I mean. Your thighs often touch the controls causing them to be left a little on after potty use causing water to drip in potty constantly. This bidet has a self wash feature for the nozzles which is a very nice plus and the nozzles are also sheltered. The water connection on the bidet is brass which is a definite plus less likely to break when tightening connection.
