Love this thing. I really miss this when I travel. I guess I'm spoiled. I bought this smart toilet as part of our bathroom remodel. It was a few months between the purchase and the installation. Once construction was complete I was able to play with the many features this toilet had to offer. Heated seat: works great, and it's really welcome in the middle of winter Auto flush: this is a handy feature Turbo wash: maybe only necessary for the obsessive, but I really like the adjustable pressure. Economy mode: nice to know features turn off over time to be more eco friendly. Dryer: I like this feature, but it does not get you completely dry, and it takes a while. I rarely use it now. I think you still need access to toilet paper, but much less than before. Highly recommend this smart toilet. Read Less

I bought VOVO Model # VB-4100SR this month from Home Depot and am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. I had considered other brands like Toto, Brondell, and Alpha but this provided all that I needed. The delivery was prompt (next day service). The installation was very easy and took less than 10 minutes once I quickly familiarized myself with the instructions. The seat design is very comfortable, and the temperature options for the seat, water and dryer are great. I installed it on an older American Standard toilet that has a slightly curved tank - which created a problem with alignment of the bowl with the inside lip of the seat (It reduced the 2" distance needed between the screw holes and the tank). VOVO's excellent customer service representative, Ella, helped me try out a round model which provided a better fit. Having tried both, and despite the 0.4" of the bowl rim showing under the seat, I chose the elongated version!!! Also, the warranty for this model is 2 years and not 1 year. I'd been intrigued by bidets for a little;e while. Many people had recommended one. Certainly, if you look through reviews for this model and others, you'll see folks saying a bidet is a game-changer! Perhaps, like me, you're a bit skeptical. So, after a few weeks of use, here are my thoughts! I was doing a bathroom renovation anyway, so I had a GFCI-protected outlet installed close to the toilet specifically for plugging in a bidet. At that time I hadn't chosen a specific bidet yet, I just knew I wanted one that could heat the water and perhaps dry as well. I highly recommend doing the same, even if you're not renovating the entire room! I chose this VOVO bidet due to its combination of features, price, and positive reviews. It had everything I was looking for: a heated water jet, some basic sprayer position controls, a remote control, and a dryer. It is also quite sleek and minimalist which I appreciated. Installation was dead easy. I liked that it came with a positioning template, and two different sets of mounting hardware to suit different types of toilets. The water line installs in-line with the toilet water supply, and of course a single power cord just plugs into a standard outlet. The whole process was complete in less than half an hour. I'll admit this is the first and only bidet I've ever tried. But I think it works very well! The water stream starts out soon temperature but reaches the pre-set temperature almost immediately. The temperature can be changed from no heat to quite warm. The spray is timed so you just have to press the button once then scoot your butt left or right to make sure the spray hits the "bullseye". Ha! There are controls on the remote to control the forward and back position to accommodate different sized behinds. Once the spray is complete, the nozzle automatically carries out a self-clean. The dryer is next. This might be my only complaint. While you can vary the temperature of the dryer from "no heat" to "I think I sat on a hot coal", I wasn't able to find a low enough heat setting without turning off the heat entirely. So, I just use the lowest heat setting and kinda lean forward a bit so the heat isn't so concentrated. Maybe I just have a sensitive butt? Typically the dryer does a great job of drying up almost all the water, and so I only have to use two or three squares of toilet paper to dab away any remaining moisture. I have not tried the feminine wash since I don't have the right parts. But I assume it works just as well as the posterior wash. I like that the remote is cordless, and that it comes with a universal mounting bracket. It just feels more hygienic, having the controls far away from the action. Oh! And it's quiet. Surprisingly quiet. I would have no qualms about using the bidet with people in the room next door. I bought this bidet on sale on Prime day, and I think it was absolutely worth the money. The price is just right - and offers enough value that you can overlook the few flaws. If VOVO can really pay attention to what the customers are saying and make those small enhancements - this product will surely blow most competitors out of the water. The Good: The installation is a breeze, and requires minimum to no prior knowledge or tools. Although - any wrench of any size will just make your job much easier and faster. The hose that comes with it WILL NEED some strength to properly tighten and attach to the bidet - both parts are plastic and your hand will only go so far. I tried fastening the hose without any tools and it was NOT enough - water leaked everywhere - so do yourself a favour and use a wrench or flat-face pliers to tighten the hose to the bidet. The paper template helps in framing the seat without much trial and error - the hose length is enough for most standard situation - the seat itself and the top cover are both indeed SOFT close - which is great. The controls let you customize almost all functions which helps finetune the settings just right. The night light is a nice touch - the seat heats up quick - the water is warmer than you need - the drying fan has temperature control which is great. This bidet does well what it promises - and is overall a positive experience. Possible Improvements: The power cord is a bit too short - if you do not have an outlet on the RIGHT side of the toilet - which many bathrooms will not. Adding a few more feet to the cord will drastically improve the applicability of this unit without needing additional equipement. There is no way to turn the nozzle position left or right (turn or tilt) - which limits the usability based on the toilet seat itself and the anatomical differences between users - I am sure this is an easier fix - as the nozzle moves in and out already. Moving yourself for better coverage just takes away from the premium experience. The water stream feels a bit sharp - it could be because the intention was to preserve water or the nozzle tips were made smaller for more precision - but that might not be comfortable for some users - and it does feel like bigger nozzle tips would result in a SOFTER flow - and would feel better on the skin. The neon light is a bit too bright - and cannot be customized to any color or brightness. It is what it is. At this price point - it is expected to have that small feature built-in because RGB LED lights cost almost nothing these days. I have put my own toilet seat light under it to solve that problem - but again - adding it to the unit will do wonders for value. If you keep it on all the time - it will remember your settings. But if you switch it off - it resets back to default settings - which might be annoying for most users. I have no problems keeping it on all the time - specially with the power saving mode. But something that could be improved here. Maybe saving profiles with a very small power footprint. So keeping it on standby is not a big draw? Overall - I recommend this product - the value it offers is quite unbeatable compared to other units of the same brand as well as other competitors. Read Less

Feels like somebody is gently blowing with as much force as I could produce with my own mouth at not much effort. - Rinse functions automatically shut off too soon for a proper clean, i often have to turn them on once. I wish there was a way to configure them to stay longer. - Found that seat does not heat in the raised position, not great for couples especially if you find seat raised and put it down to use the toilet, you will find it cold. I installed this VOVO Waterjet bidet seat on a 25-year-old Mansfield “round bowl” toilet. The opening on the toilet is 12” long and 11” wide, so the opening is not quite round. The opening on the bidet seat is 11.5” long and 8” wide, which is smaller than the opening on the toilet, but because the bidet seat is offset slightly forward (even when I have it mounted as far back as possible), the seat doesn’t cover the front edge of the bowl. This mismatch can be a little problematic for males when sitting on the bidet seat. I’ve installed electric bidet seats on other toilets, so I was familiar with the basic steps for installation. This VOVO seat was easy to install with only a few tools, but I did have a problem installing the washers that fit between the rubber packing and the fixing nut. The washers included in my installation kit had an ID that was too small to fit over the 29/64” diameter fixing bolts. I had to drill out the washers to 15/32” before I could install the base bracket. It would be helpful to me if the 4-foot-long power cord was longer by a couple of feet. The remote control comes with a holder that can be mounted on a wall near the toilet. I did not use the adhesive strip that came with the mount because my experience has been that those strips are difficult to remove from painted surfaces. I instead used a removable strip. Having the remote within reach allows me to push the control buttons without removing the remote from the holder. The bidet works well and I’m pleased. I appreciate that there are a range of settings for functions such as water temperature, air (fan) temperature, seat temperature and water jet pressure. Each of these parameters can be adjusted while the bidet is operating. Made in Korea.  Read Less
