The VOVO WATERJET Bidet is a great bidet with an easy installation, but it has a fair share of issues. The instructions are very simple and the whole process to get the bidet installed took me no time what so ever. The hardest and most time consuming part of the install was adding an electrical outlet near the toilet. One thing I'd like to mention that the instructions don't really focus on, is the orientation and position of the mounting bracket. I had to reinstall the mounting bracket 3 times as the first time I installed it upside down and the second time, backwards. When installing the mounting bracket you want the channels to be pointing up, this is where your metal square "washers" will sit, and you want the two openings on the bracket to face the front of the toilet as this is the place where the toilet seat slides into the bracket. I mention this, because this step on the instruction booklet is a very tiny picture. As a side note, the instructions are obviously translated from another language as they read as broken english, not impossible to understand but could use some work. Feature wise, the bidet is packed with them, I'll try to elaborate on each a bit more. The posterior wash is the key feature of this bidet, it works great, either by a steady stream or a rhythmic motion. Placement is decent, though I find myself having to sit back further than I normally would as even the furthest setting seems to almost not reach. My wife tried out the Feminine wash and wasn't too pleased with the results, essentially it is not the right angle for a decent clean. She also mentioned that extending the nozzle too far will cause water to spray between her legs and out of the toilet. The built in dryer is okay, it could use some more power to really speed things along but it gets the job done with a bit of patience. Seat temperature control is great, had it on by accident and it felt pleasant, can't wait to experience it in the middle of winter. Water temperature comes in at 3 levels, I have kept the bidet at level 1 as anything higher was just too uncomfortably hot. Dry temp honestly made no noticeable difference. The enema feature was lack luster, I was expecting more pressure and more oomph, however it's feels no different than the posterior wash on the highest water pressure setting. The LED Light is neat, it lights up your toilet! It's great for those late night bathroom runs for when you don't want to turn all the lights on. However, the light will stay on constantly.(Either always on or always off). I wish there was a light sensor that would only turn the LED Light on when it was actually dark in the room. The seat features an always on mode, which essentially keeps the seat and water at its set temperature. Or, there's power saving mode which activates the heat when you sit down on the seat, (so it might take a few min for everything to get up to temp). Also when you sit down, it triggers a sensor which starts up the intake fan to help with those gnarly odors. The biggest issue I have with the seat, is the power draw. Everytime someone uses the seat which activates the heaters, it will cause the lights in the bathroom to flicker, as it's drawing so much power to get the seat and water up to temp.  Read Less

I bought VOVO Model # VB-4100SR this month from Home Depot and am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. I had considered other brands like Toto, Brondell, and Alpha but this provided all that I needed. The delivery was prompt (next day service). The installation was very easy and took less than 10 minutes once I quickly familiarized myself with the instructions. The seat design is very comfortable, and the temperature options for the seat, water and dryer are great. I installed it on an older American Standard toilet that has a slightly curved tank - which created a problem with alignment of the bowl with the inside lip of the seat (It reduced the 2" distance needed between the screw holes and the tank). VOVO's excellent customer service representative, Ella, helped me try out a round model which provided a better fit. Having tried both, and despite the 0.4" of the bowl rim showing under the seat, I chose the elongated version!!! Also, the warranty for this model is 2 years and not 1 year. This is a very nice bidet toilet seat. We already have two other bidet toilet seats which we really like. We purchased our first bidet toilet seat several years ago. It is a high-end Japanese-made model that has all the bells and whistles, including automatic opening and closing of the seat and lid and even automatic flushing. Our second bidet seat is a much simpler American-made model, which lacks the bells and whistles but performs its basic functions well. This Vovo bidet seat lacks the extras of the Japanese model, but it has more features than the American model. We haven't had this new seat for long, but our first impressions are very favorable. The cleaning function works very well. Using the remote, you can adjust the position of the nozzle (back and forth), you can adjust the water pressure and you can adjust the water temperature. You can also adjust the air temperature of the drying cycle. Even if you do not use the drying cycle, the bidet greatly reduces the amount of toilet paper you will use. There are two other features that we particularly like: (1) the automatic deodorizing feature and (2) the LED night light. Even our high-end Japanese model does not have a night light. The installation would be very easy on a standard toilet, but we have a skirted toilet that greatly complicates the installation. The problem with a skirted toilet is that the water connection under the toilet bowl is not easy to reach and there is very little room to maneuver. My husband was able to attach the t-valve (with the help of a 1-1/8 crowfoot wrench he had to purchase), and he was able to connect the bidet hose to the t-valve, but there simply was not enough space to connect the water supply hose to the t-valve. The water supply hose has a plastic connector designed for hand tightening. Unfortunately this plastic connector is just too big around to fit into the confined space. He solved the problem by purchasing a supply hose with a steel nut connector which was small enough to fit (tightened with a crowfoot wrench). Something the manufacturer could do to make the installation on a skirted toilet much easier would be to supply a t-valve that connects to the water shut-off valve instead of under the tank. Then the installation would be easy for both types of toilet. If you decide to purchase a bidet seat, you might want to purchase separately the kind of t-valve I mention above, which you can find with an online search. This is what my husband would have done if the replacement supply hose he purchased had not worked. The installation difficulty, however, is a common problem, and I have found that even the high-end Japanese manufacturer has not solved it. So I still highly recommend this bidet seat. Just be aware of the problem if you have a skirted toilet.  Read Less
