VOVO 4000SE Bidet
The bidet does everything as advertised when its working. The reason for deducting 2 stars is that the 3 way connector that comes along with it did not fit on my Koheler (which is one of the common brand used in Canada) toilet. I think the company knows it that's why it's the second step in installation listed in guide so that if that fails then you know it's not gonna work on your toilet but they don't tell the customer about this. I nearly wrecked my toilet in trying to put this bidet on and t...

I nearly wrecked my toilet in trying to put this bidet on and there's no other similar connectors available commercially here in Canada (I visited multiple stores to find a re[placement) to replace that if it does work with the tread on your toilet tanks water inlet (which is where this 3 way valve is designed to be put on). Home depot offers no support apart from selling these imported products from Korea. My eventual solution was to apply loads of water tape and then forcing the 3 way valve on which has worked but nearly at cost of having destroyed my toilet. If home depot is selling these they should be offering replacement parts if and when needed. I must note this is not my first bidet and previously I have had no issues installing other bidets but those were pretty basic ones.
