Great Addition to your Bathroom
This is one of the best buys that I did this year and want to recommend to everyone, especially if you have a cold toilet seat. This vovo bidet seat provides a heated seat as well as premium bidet features such as warm water and warm air dryer with LED light! The remote control is also very easy to use and intuitive. Installation was also suprrisingly easy~ It only took me about 15 minutes.

GREAT ADDITION TO OUR UPDATE
So, when we decided to give our guest bathroom a makeover, a friend of mine suggested we get a bidet. And not just any bidet, mind you, but one with warm water. We asked our contractor while he was working on the bathroom to add an electrical outlet behind the new toilet so we could install the bidet seat. And guess what? When the remodel was finally done, we couldn’t be happier! Warm water, cleaner butts, and way less toilet paper usage. My wife and I are both thrilled with the change. I’m so glad I did my research and found this unit. It’s definitely the best part of the whole remodel.

I have bought it for half a month and it’s a great product. Everything works fine and the look is very nice too especially with LED lighting in the toilet seat. Huge control panel is very easy to use and the warm water is a must have for a comfortable wash. So far so good and I may consider to buy another one very soon as price dropped $100 as Amazon has a promotion right now.

Plastic toilet seat cover is not rated to sit on
We are very pleased with the features of the bidet. The product shipped with options for the water valve and came with wax ring. There are a couple issues we want to point out: 1) The seat cover is plastic and cannot be sat on like most toilet seat covers. 2) The power cord is 3 feet not 4 feet in length as indicated. 3) We installed it at a home with a cistern/water pump and found the flushing did not seem to work well. There are a couple issues we want to point out: 1) The seat cover is plastic and cannot be sat on like most toilet seat covers. 2) The power cord is 3 feet not 4 feet in length as indicated. 3) We installed it at a home with a cistern/water pump and found the flushing did not seem to work well. We moved it to another home with city water pressure and it seems to work properly. (40-50psi vs 60-80psi) 4) The remote control is not easy to use for the elderly. My parents had a challenge reading/operating it. The remote could have colors and larger lettering to facilitate using it. Overall, we are happy with the purchase. The flushing action works well to keep the bowl clean. The heated water and heated seat are very comfortable features. Its our first time having a bidet and it is so much better/cleaner than using toilet paper.

Good water pressure and heated seat
Got the round seat version a year ago. It's very to install. Very competitive price to other brands with the same features. The water pressure is good and you can surely find the adjustment that suite you. The remote control is very convenient. The temperature of the water sometime is a bit too hot and the setting reset by itself. Beside these 2 minor issues one a while, this is a great value bidet for the price. A super easy and fast upgrade.

I bought VOVO Model # VB-4100SR this month from Home Depot and am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. I had considered other brands like Toto, Brondell, and Alpha but this provided all that I needed. The delivery was prompt (next day service). The installation was very easy and took less than 10 minutes once I quickly familiarized myself with the instructions. I bought VOVO Model # VB-4100SR this month from Home Depot and am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. I had considered other brands like Toto, Brondell, and Alpha but this provided all that I needed. The delivery was prompt (next day service). The installation was very easy and took less than 10 minutes once I quickly familiarized myself with the instructions. The seat design is very comfortable, and the temperature options for the seat, water and dryer are great. I installed it on an older American Standard toilet that has a slightly curved tank - which created a problem with alignment of the bowl with the inside lip of the seat (It reduced the 2" distance needed between the screw holes and the tank). VOVO's excellent customer service representative, Ella, helped me try out a round model which provided a better fit. Having tried both, and despite the 0.4" of the bowl rim showing under the seat, I chose the elongated version!!! Also, the warranty for this model is 2 years and not 1 year. Absolutely wonderful product with an excellent customer service!!!! I highly recommend this product.
