I absolutely love this toilet seat! It's a game changer in the cold winter months! Nice and warm, you can regulate the temperature to suit your bottom. It has a sensor that activates when you sit down and different types of spray features. It's easy to install and glows a soft blue when the seat is up. Plus, it has lumbar support! I LOVE IT!

Overall a great buy. Instructions are nearly useless.
PROS: The seat is nice and warm, it blows warm air to dry you, and it cleans your undercarriage very well. It only took me about 20 minutes to fully install. CONS: The instructions were translated into English and are useless when it comes to understanding the function buttons and operation (see attached photo). Some of the buttons are not even covered in the instructions.

Me and my girlfriend are loving this toilet seat. It's winter and the heated seat is keeping our buns warm! Is was pretty simple to install the plumbing, although the instructions have some pretty rough translations, although I find them to be fun others might not. Pro: Looks nice. simple enough to install. Con: You would imagine temperature reading is adjustable from C to F . But it's not. Manual for functionality is very lame and not 100% match the bidet.

Installation was easy, but remote buttons do not work! Operation manual has bad descriptions and instructions for use as well as trouble shooting. Only function working is “child wash”…ie not strong enough to clean adults!

The bowl/seat is way too small
The bowl is too small when you sit if you are a guy your privates will have to be over the sit rim or under touching the ceramic toilet, it feels like it’s a training sit for a kid, also the controls are very close to the sit edge to the point that if you are over 200 pound you will be seating on the control board, aside from that everything needed was included.
