First time I've used a bidet and am ordering another for our second bathroom.

After back surgery this was a must. Very nice to have.

So my Brondell Swash 1400 stopped working, actually the water heater and seat heater stopped within 6 months - finally after a few years I switched. This is decent for its auto shut off feature, it takes a bit of adjusting to set up the angle of the bidet itself, but between the two settings you should be able to clean yourself, It definitely takes more then the 1.3 seconds that they tout to get a good clean, I'd say more like 30-90 seconds with some moving around. Also, I received a used product once and it really grossed me out. Like every return of this product should be assumed to be used and refurbished, not sure how that isn't the case.

I love everything about this product. I ordered a bidet attachment on the recommendation of others who knew I was getting a reverse shoulder replacement on my dominant arm. I also opted for this particular Boss because it had both a front and rear spray. I knew there were others with more bells and whistles but decided this one would be fine and it has been great. I bought this because I needed a black bidet to match my black toilet. Build quality feels very cheap for the price. Flimsy plastic build. I can see this easily breaking in the future, so I take 1 star off. As far as function, it works. Have to turn the water pressure down a bit it can get very high and uncomfortable lol.

Liked everything except font on push buttons are really small, you’ll just have to remember which is FRONT & REAR
