I got it at a home show before it was on any web site. I love this bidet. It has never leaked and I bought a backup thinking it is plastic and it would ware but 10 years and still going strong. Used almost everyday. Thanks Biffy for a truely great product.

This bidet unit has worked very well for us; so much so that I bought a 2nd for the guest bath. The self cleaning feature works well. I bought an all metal one thinking that this plastic unit might not hold up but these Biffy units have held up just fine.No leaks, no runs, no errors.

I’m writing an update. I bought two bidets and one of them has been working great and fine and I love it and the other one has broken. the other one worked for a little while and then stopped and I am just now realizing it because it’s in a guest bathroom that doesn’t get used very much so I would like to get a replacement for the one. The design, mechanism and usability are perfect, but the materials are of poor quality. It lasted only two years. I would be willing to pay twice the amount if all the components were stainless steel with a replaceable spray nozzle for those on well water.

This will literally change your life for the better. Some people are grossed out by the idea of using a bidet and I admit I was reluctant to try one for the first time. I tried 3 other bidets. And came back to the original Biffy. I like being able to set the water pressure level. And then not having to mess with it every time. It also doesn't result in water being sprayed up the back of the toilet seat. If people walk by the toilet on the side of the lever, it's possible they will hit the lever with their leg ... and spray the ceiling. SURPRISE! Otherwise, I am happier with the original Biffy, than with any others that I have purchased and used.

Easy to use and install. We have had two of these and the arm rusted out on both where it attaches to toilet. They need a stainless steel option.

I like bidets. Realizing that I could add one to an existing toilet was life changing. So far I had used the flat ones that sprayed from the back, so this type was a change. I like the basics of this. Makes it much easier to control where the water goes. What I don’t like is the tinkertoy feel of the controls. They are plastic, and feel fragile. I bought 2 of these bidet attachments. Installing them is easy as disconnecting the house to the toilet and connecting it to the attachment, and taking the seat out and installing it again with the spacers. No more than a 10 minutes from start to finish. What enrages me is the extremely poor quality of these bidets. The plastic is brittle even new.
