Amazing product the whole family loves it!

It works very well and is easy to install. I am very happy.

The unit works great. Disappointed in shipping as I did order it Friday but not shipped until Monday. Amazon would have shipped sooner, and, cheaper too. My bad. Very good product though. I have been buying these for years now. 

I have a BB-1000 which I bought ten years ago. I am satisfied with its "enema" function. Recently, I purchased a BB-2000. I thought it was an advanced model. However, the "turbo" function is not as strong as the "enema" function. I called biobidet support and confirmed my observation that BB-1000 has higher water pressure than that of BB-2000. Since it is installed, I cannot return or switch. I wish I knew it ahead. I really enjoy the enema function. 

The unit worked well for about 3 years and then simply stopped working. I tried resetting and contacting customer support but it was just out of the warranty period so any repair costs almost as much as a new unit. Disappointed in the lifespan 

We purchased our first BB1000 3 1/2 years ago! It was a life changer for this 35 year rectal cancer survivor. Unfortunately the tank started to leak! Luck would have it, they are (were) on sale! You may ask if the first one broke, why get another? Well, due to my disease, I use my bidet 6 to 12 times per day! Right now the old one is back for repair! Again, I love my BB1000. I’m not sure what aspect I love the most? The heated toilet seat? Or, the squeaky clean BUTT! 

I hired a plumber to install it in place of my old bidet. I find this one to have an annoying grinding noise when the cleaning process ends. Also, the water does not remain warm throughout the cleaning process. My previous bidet did not have these issues. I’ve used this for two weeks. 

We read reviews before purchasing and so glad we did. That’s why we got the one with the remote. Get it if you possibly can. The seat was easy to install and works perfectly. 

Our daughter has two of these in her home. She and I purchased this one for my husband as a birthday gift. He and I both love the heated seat. He enjoys feeling pampered and fresh when he uses it. We bought the wrong size for our toilet, but plan to replace the round toilet for an elongated one, and all will be great! I'm looking forward to feeling pampered and fresh, especially during my menstrual cycle. If we had another bathroom or half-bath, we would purchase another! 

This is my 2nd Bio Bidet. I’ve been using one for more than 10 years and it’s wonderful! I really can’t live without it! Recommend for everyone who wants to feel clean and refreshed. I received a second one for Christmas this year of the same model, Bio Bidet Supreme 1000. It’s reasonably priced and works great. Customer support is also excellent with bio bidet. I’ve had a couple of issues over the years which were quickly resolved.
