The product is well made. It arrives well packaged with all parts easily identifiable. The installation is very simple. The printed instructions are easy to follow. I hired a plumber to install it in place of my old bidet. I find this one to have an annoying grinding noise when the cleaning process ends. Also, the water does not remain warm throughout the cleaning process. My previous bidet did not have these issues. I’ve used this for two weeks. 

I have a BB-1000 which I bought ten years ago. I am satisfied with its "enema" function. Recently, I purchased a BB-2000. I thought it was an advanced model. However, the "turbo" function is not as strong as the "enema" function. I called biobidet support and confirmed my observation that BB-1000 has higher water pressure than that of BB-2000. Since it is installed, I cannot return or switch. I wish I knew it ahead. I really enjoy the enema function. 

The Biobidet 1000 model is a top of the line bidet seat that seems to have been in production for some time. The company now makes "higher end" models but this model is probably the most you will ever need or want. It is priced like a mid level model but has most if not all of the features of more recent top of the line models. Fairly easy to install but make sure you keep an eye on the gaskets when unpacking. 

The unit works great. Disappointed in shipping as I did order it Friday but not shipped until Monday. Amazon would have shipped sooner, and, cheaper too. My bad. Very good product though. I have been buying these for years now. 

So far it’s a solid purchase. Does exactly what it says it will do. Loving using lea TP and NO wipes (I’m a plumber). Laughing at all the TP hoarders ‘in this trying time.’ ???? Just wish the warm water lasted a bit longer. I know the new model addresses that but didn’t seem it warranted the extra $$$. Just the smallest gripe. All in all, would order again and have already recommended this to friends and family! 

The unit worked well for about 3 years and then simply stopped working. I tried resetting and contacting customer support but it was just out of the warranty period so any repair costs almost as much as a new unit. Disappointed in the lifespan 

This is a great quality product. Didn't really expect that I would fall in love with using a bidet. So nice to be clean after using the bathroom. I originally got it for my wife who has had multiple UTIs. Bidet use reduces the chance of infection. Would recommend to anyone. Have both used for 1 month. 

We visited a friend in Florida who had Bio Bidets in every bathroom. We were so impressed we came home and ordered one for ourselves right away. My husband has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair, so this is the PERFECT addition to our bathroom. Of course I think it’s wonderful, easy to install, and very affordable, but most importantly it gives my husband a renewed sense of independence. 

I upgraded my simple cold water bidet to the BB-1000 and wished I had done it earlier. The features are rich and can be tailored to your personal preferences. I have a mild constipation issue and the enema function really does a good job to induce waste discharge. The only complaint is the remote buttons may not work on first contact, sometimes I need to press a few times in order to trigger the desired function.
