Product was great when it worked which was only about 3 1/2 years. Now, the red lights are blinking on the unit and water flowing out from behind where the nozzle comes out. The only way to stop it is to close the water valve. Not much help from Bio Bidet either as it's past warranty. You could pay to ship it back with a minimum of $185 service. They say the unit should last 6-7 years but didn't come close. I would look for another brand.

I have only had this for one week. It was relatively easy to install and setup and was working fine until yesterday when the remote control lost the settings. I got it set back up the way I had it and so far it is still working. Crossing my fingers that is the only glitch. 

This is our first bidet, after considering one for a while. Checking reviews on several bidets, we decided on the BioBidet2000 because of its features and value. It was packed for shipping very well. We have only begun to use it and look forward to many years of more sanitary living. We added a water filter to the line going to the bidet to protect it from minerals. Testing the various functions is quite interesting! 

Since I purchased the Bio Bidet BB-2000 Bliss one month ago I have not needed to use any toilet paper and I feel much cleaner and more comfortable. I have my routine down and get the right results every time. Every time I look at the manual I learn about more and new features that are available. And when I enter the bathroom it always smells fresh and clean because of the self cleaning and deodorizing function. This is a nice plus as my bathroom is the hallway bathroom uses by others as well. Great product. Very satisfied! 

This bidet has a lot of nice features. However, it is very unreliable. I'll soon be on my third one because things keep breaking on them. It has a 5 year warranty, which is necessary. But Biobidet expect the owner to pay all costs to pack and ship the bidet back to Biobidet for repair. As often as it breaks, this will quickly become prohibitively expensive. 

This is a game changer. It’s super comfortable and customizable. It’s made my washroom experience so much easier. I used to hate using toilet paper so I would sit on the toilet for way longer than o needed to. Now I can get what I need to get done and get on with my day. I feel so much cleaner too, especially being a woman and feeling more clean at that time of the month too. Everyone should get one! Considering another for our other washroom. 

Once you get used to using a bidet, you don't wanna go back to using a regular toilet. Every time you use this, you leave the washroom feeling like your freshly showered. Do yourself a favour and buy one.

Love this bidet! It does everything we were looking for. Love the fact that we can sit down to a heated toilet seat in the morning. All the different washes are great also. You won't be sorry if you purchase the BB BIDET 2000. Thinking of getting one for our guest bathroom
