Recently purchased a Bio Bidet BB-2000 from Bidet King. Although I've only had the bidet for a short time I'm impressed with the build quality and the installation was surprisingly simple. The water pressure and unlimited warm water have been fantastic. Excellent customer service from Bidet King including no hassle refund to match Black Friday price not available at time of purchase. Prompt delivery as well. 

Have used three BB-1000 Bio Bidets over last ten years, and this is my first BB-2000. So far, I like it very much. Water jets aren't as strong as BB-1000, but the oscillation function with BB-2000 is much better. The three previous BB-1000 last a little over four years each, then started leaking water into commode when not in use. Getting parts to self-repair unit is not possible because Bio Bidet will not sell parts. Sending unit back to Bio Bidet - with a hefty shipping charge plus service charge, is not really a choice. For older folks, I'm in late 80's and have had not a problem reading/using the new digital controller. By the way, if you have a BB-1000 control unit, it works on the BB-2000 unit. 

Bio-bidet 2000 took a few days to adjust but both my husband and I love it. We feel clean after every use. The rear and feminine washing work very well. The remote is nice. A suggestion would be to see it lite at night w/out opening the bathroom light. The blue light on outside is nice but not enough to read remote. The heated water and seat is wonderful and cleans well. All in all we miss our bidet when we are on vacation. We give it a 5 star. 

Works as advertised. Love the jet feature and water pressure. I can't figure out how to pre-program the oscilating feature to always come on with the operation like the manual says to. May have a broken unit? Also, surprised to see how many light scratches are on the white plastic seat. Hesitant to try to polish them out as the instructions say to not use any special chemicals in cleaning the seat. 

This is my first purchase of an electronic bidet and I don't regret it. I was used to a manual bidet that was hooked up to hot/cold water lines. It took less than a couple says to get completely used to the controls and features. I would say that if this is within your budget, get it. It is a huge convenience and does a great job cleaning your backside. Sit down, do your business, and press a button or two... done. 

I have just recently purchased this bidet on the advice of my doctor. I am a quadriplegic and have limited use of my arms. I’ve had this product a few days and already it has made my life and that of my care givers much easier. You don’t have to be disabled to enjoy the many comforting features of this bidet. From the heated water and seat to the male, female adjustments, they all work seamlessly. I strongly recommend this product. 

This seat is a huge improvement over the bidet I used while living in France in a very old house. All the functions are very useful. However, I don't understand why the remote control display is not backlit. The side console is helpful at night but it lacks some of the basic functions and the remote is useless at night unless you memorize the location of the function buttons or you turn on a light. 

As a first time bidet owner, I never would have thought that "toilet time" could be relaxing and calming! The heated seat feature instantly begins warming as soon as you sit down. The heat instantly relaxes and calms providing for a pampered moment of luxury in the midst of mundane and necessary! The easy to use remote makes utilizing all of the incredible features simple. I want to install one in every bathroom! Thank you BidetKing for an excellent product! 

My older Brondell Swash stopped working so we looked around for a new bidet. Decided on the Bio Bidet 2000, installed a few days ago. We find the unit sturdier, with a stronger wash and "turbo' cycle. The warm water, dryer and nightlight are much appreciated. A few points of note, wish the remote control was lighted, wish the nightlight could be dimmed, and it does seem a bit noisier. Overall, a step up from the Brondell, still a good one. 

I only wish I had the Bio Bidet BB-2000 six years ago. This review will be very personal but extremely beneficial. I had rectal cancer six years and the Bio Bidet would have made my life less complicated and less miserable. I think if anyone having a similar cancer, it would be noteworthy to have someone make a suggestion of having a Bio Bidet installed at their home. It is so worth it!
