This bidet seat is truly incredible, especially at the price it is offered. No complaints at all and the only area for future improvement would perhaps be a backlit remote for viewing in the dark. Great sprays, with such a wide selection of position, intensity, and type. Heated seat, endless heated water and both have temperature adjustments. 

Because of the shortage on toilet paper my husband and I decided to purchase our bidet. We absolutely love it!! We are impressed by the many settings that are easy to use. We like the ability of being able to adjust the heated seat temperature as well as the water temperature. It will pay for itself over time! We just may get another one for our other bathroom. 

Have used three BB-1000 Bio Bidets over last ten years, and this is my first BB-2000. So far, I like it very much. Water jets aren't as strong as BB-1000, but the oscillation function with BB-2000 is much better. The three previous BB-1000 last a little over four years each, then started leaking water into commode when not in use. Getting parts to self-repair unit is not possible because Bio Bidet will not sell parts. Sending unit back to Bio Bidet - with a hefty shipping charge plus service charge, is not really a choice. For older folks, I'm in late 80's and have had not a problem reading/using the new digital controller. By the way, if you have a BB-1000 control unit, it works on the BB-2000 unit. 

Easy install. The videos on YouTube were very helpful. It is foolproof. The system does a great job. I have used Toto Bidet toilets and they are basically the same, but 10% of the price. The only drawback is the spray gets onto the rear seat and can be less sanitary and a cleaning hassle. Other than that I think there aren't any serious drawbacks that I have experienced so far. 

Works as advertised. Love the jet feature and water pressure. I can't figure out how to pre-program the oscilating feature to always come on with the operation like the manual says to. May have a broken unit? Also, surprised to see how many light scratches are on the white plastic seat. Hesitant to try to polish them out as the instructions say to not use any special chemicals in cleaning the seat. 

I only wish I had the Bio Bidet BB-2000 six years ago. This review will be very personal but extremely beneficial. I had rectal cancer six years and the Bio Bidet would have made my life less complicated and less miserable. I think if anyone having a similar cancer, it would be noteworthy to have someone make a suggestion of having a Bio Bidet installed at their home. It is so worth it! 

We were a little hesitant with the purchase of our BB2000 having never used a bidet before. But our friends were insistent that we would like it. After much research, settled on the BB2000. What a pleasant surprise. Why more Americans don’t use bidet’s is puzzling. I’ve never felt cleaner and I will never worry about a toilet paper shortage again. Excellent product and has performed flawlessly. Highly recommended. 

I thought I was foolish to spend so much for a toilet seat. Was I wrong! I feel clean for the first time in a long time without having to shower. I have put off having shoulder surgery because I could not imagine how I would manage any cleanliness at all. I was not about to ask my husband to help. I am very happy and he enjoyed installing, though he likes projects such as this one. It did require installation of a dedicated GFI outlet - but makes me feel safer. 

Arrived in a week. Installed in an hour. Being used with great joy and pleasure ever since. First used a bidet during a work contract in the Middle East 40 years ago. Have always missed that clean feeling after using them. Bio Bidet BB2000 Bliss Bidet toilet seat and BidetKing.com have brought that experience back. Hygiene is much more important to all ages of people in the United States that have never been exposed to these products. Keep up the good work. 

This is my 2nd bidet seat, trying different brands in different bathrooms. The BioBidet 2000 really IS “bliss”! It’s quieter than my other, has a better wash, and eco-setting, air freshener - I can honestly say this is the best bang for your buck in this price range! The nightlight is not too bright - perfect. The fit is great - I have yet to find anything less than excellent with this seat. Planning to replace my other seat with a BioBidet 2000!
