I installed a Discovery DLS in my master bath up north, loved it so much, I ordered another one for my master bath down south. Love the heated seat, thenightlight, the pre-flush, what a phenomenal product. 

Been using the bidet for about 6 months. Works great, but the seat opening is not elongated as advertised. It’s about an inch too short. Only good for small people. 

After visiting Japan last year, my wife and I decided we had to get a "Japanese" style toilet seat for our bathroom. We absolutely love the BioBidet BB-1700 model. It was easy to install in less than an hour just by following the enclosed directions. The warm seat is a pleasure and the various washing functions are easy to use and quite effective. We have recommended this unit to friends and family. 

High quality, easy to install, we love it. Definitely, one of the best products on the market. This bidet replaces the same product that wa installed many years ago. 

Great quality product. Simple installation. Makes you feel clean and fresh. Use a lot less toilet paper. 

Have used three BB-1000 Bio Bidets over last ten years, and this is my first BB-2000. So far, I like it very much. Water jets aren't as strong as BB-1000, but the oscillation function with BB-2000 is much better. The three previous BB-1000 last a little over four years each, then started leaking water into commode when not in use. Getting parts to self-repair unit is not possible because Bio Bidet will not sell parts. Sending unit back to Bio Bidet - with a hefty shipping charge plus service charge, is not really a choice. For older folks, I'm in late 80's and have had not a problem reading/using the new digital controller. By the way, if you have a BB-1000 control unit, it works on the BB-2000 unit. 

My husband purchased BioBidet BB2000 for me as I am having extensive back/spinal surgery next month. This will be a BIG help for me after the surgery as I will have limited mobility for awhile while I recover and go through physical therapy. I already love this bidet so far as it is very easy to use and learn how to adjust it to your satisfaction. I wonder why we didn't get one of these years ago. Thank You! 

Recently purchased a Bio Bidet BB-2000 from Bidet King. Although I've only had the bidet for a short time I'm impressed with the build quality and the installation was surprisingly simple. The water pressure and unlimited warm water have been fantastic. Excellent customer service from Bidet King including no hassle refund to match Black Friday price not available at time of purchase. Prompt delivery as well. 

I only wish I had the Bio Bidet BB-2000 six years ago. This review will be very personal but extremely beneficial. I had rectal cancer six years and the Bio Bidet would have made my life less complicated and less miserable. I think if anyone having a similar cancer, it would be noteworthy to have someone make a suggestion of having a Bio Bidet installed at their home. It is so worth it!
