This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

The bidet function is great, but the seat is cheap plastic trash. For such an expensive item it is very low quality. We've had this toilet seat for just over a year and it has a crack already. I wouldn't buy this one, or from this brand, again.

Arrived in under a week and I was able to install in less than 10 mins. I'm a single mum with no plumbing experience and the instructions were very easy to read and put together. I am very excited to see how this works out but so far I am very happy with it. As my toilet is more round the elongated seat is a little big but eventually I will buy a toilet to match the bidet so it will fit perfectly.

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. This is an electric bidet so you would need an electrical outlet near your toilet to plug it in. Lots of features and like two water sprays, self-cleansing feature after every use. Instant heating for unlimited warm water. Soft night light for use during night time. It's low profile so it doesn't seem bulky or add too much height on your toilet seat. Worth the price. 

Installed and working as intended 

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

This is the bidet for our guest bathroom. We love it: quiet, great wash and bidet spritz features, blue light in the bowl is a great nightlight (even though they say blue light can affect your sleep cycles, no one has complained of losing sleep after going to the loo in the middle of the night), also heated seat, heated water and a big, easy to read remote. Easy to install and does what it is supposed to do. I had used a similar toilet in Korea 8 years ago and decided to buy one due to the recent toilet paper shortages. I'm using half as much paper, just enough to pat dry and I feel much cleaner. Heated seat and blue night light are nice extras. Seems to be very high quality materials and construction. Even Duracell batteries included.
