Customer service was great. After a couple months of use the plastic housing cracked and Boss Bidet sent a replacement per their warranty. Now a year or two later, the second housing has cracked. It's made of cheap plastic and will not hold up. I am a 145lbs person with a 60lbs child.

I've done toilet work over the years in our home. I've taken one apart completely and reinstalled it. I installed this as instructed and used the Teflon tape. The small white cable leaks from the cable itself at the connector. I'm going to have to go to Lowe's to get a better-quality cable to stop the leak. In looking at the website, the newer models have better parts and maybe they learned from this model. The newer model, albeit more expensive, is a better purchase.
