I am happy with my purchase. There’s usually one water attachment near the toilet; therefore the hot water option isn’t helpful. But for the price and easy installation this is worth a purchase.

Item shoots only freezing cold water. And they have no service support

Product had all parts needed for the installation: cold and hot hoses including caps for unused hoses like the hot line. Installation was relativamente easy. Installed and performed as advertised and more. Note: the hot line came with 6 feet long and that was awesome. 1000 kudos to the design team for thinking of that.

This was the first time we use a bidet, this one was easy to install, easy to clean, works great, no fuss no muss

Ease of installation

It works as described. You may need a longer hose depending on the distance between your sink and the toilet. But that costs less than $5. When I travel, I miss it. In my house, the water takes forever to warm up but it helps to flush a couple of times before you try the warm water feature. The water get HOT so slowly adjust it if you need it. I only wish it had a phone holder like a different version I had during the pandemic. Worth the purchase. You'll miss it when you travel.
