Product had all parts needed for the installation: cold and hot hoses including caps for unused hoses like the hot line. Installation was relativamente easy. Installed and performed as advertised and more. Note: the hot line came with 6 feet long and that was awesome. 1000 kudos to the design team for thinking of that.

I am happy with my purchase. There’s usually one water attachment near the toilet; therefore the hot water option isn’t helpful. But for the price and easy installation this is worth a purchase.

Recommended by my doctor, I thought, ok I’ll waste some money. Was easy to install and looks pretty good. First use and I knew my money was well spent. I wish it came with at least some warranty but if it breaks I’ll be buying another. Maybe looking for a company that offers a warranty.
