Package arrived promptly, it is very good quality and easy to install. It is a great option if you have a one piece toilet, and a sink in close proximity.

the best and only bidet attachment you will need or want

The Aquaus Faucet Bidet attachment is EXACTLY what we have been looking for. Incredibly easy to install even on our original taps from the 70’s (the kit comes with everything you should need including adapters). Read the directions and it will go smoothly without questions. We also reviewed some videos on this product via youtube and Rinseworks even has an install how-to video on there too and further info explaining the quality of their products (which we are very happy with and understand why they have used the materials they have to construct this). Easy to use, even the seniors in the house find it easy and lightweight to handle (which is exactly why these materials are used). We did install a simple inexpensive hook that we had, to the wall to keep the hose off the floor and also chose to screw the bidet wand holder into the wood cabinet next to the toilet as opposed to hanging from the tank because its easier for the seniors to reach.
We love this and are buying one for every washroom. They also apparently have similar kits but with much longer hoses (of different material) for washrooms that have the toilet and sink much further apart.
The faucet bidet with temperature control beats any other sprayer and definitely any seat attachment. Its also at the best price.

Wonderful for this Colorectal Cancer Survivor!!! -- Wish I could give it TEN stars

I cannot express how much this faucet has changed my life! Seriously! I was recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer and now, after the resection surgery of my colon and rectum, I spend a LOT of time in the bathroom. So much wiping was uncomfortable and painful. I was miserable! Now I am able to rinse completely with the bidet and pat dry -- Yay! No more rash, no more pain.

I like this version over the ones that attach to the toilet water shutoff because I can control the temperature at the sink. Sometimes the warm water is good and other times, when I am chaffed, the cold water is helpful. I have found, though, that if you leave the warm water diverted to the sprayer for a while before using it, the water comes out very very hot! To avoid burning myself, I spray it into the sink for a few seconds until the temperature stabilizes.
The hook-up to the faucet is very tight and as long as the rubber washer is properly in place, it does not leak... At. All. I have not had any leaking at the sprayer end either. I have the bracket that holds the sprayer hanging from the towel rack on the side of our vanity. Using a wrench, I am able to easily remove the bidet to bring with me when traveling. I pack it coiled up, along with the wrench and rubber washer, in a ziplock bag and pack it in my suitcase. Because I remove it for traveling at least once a month, I have found that it does not need to be super tightly installed. I use a washrag between the wrench and the attachment to keep it from getting scratched up. I was concerned that the diverter would extend too low into the sink, especially since we needed to use the extra fitting, but it is perfectly fine. There is plenty of room to put a full sized glass under the tap.
I have experienced some back splashing to the back of the toilet between the seat and the tank, which has dripped onto the floor. I have remedied that problem by rolling a hand towel and placing it behind the seat between the lid and the tank. I think this is a problem unique to our specific toilet as I do not experience this problem at our weekend cabin or other places that we have traveled.
The only complaint I have but was immediately remedied was that the kit arrived without the hanger clip for the sprayer. I Googled RiseWorks, Inc and found their customer service phone number and gave them a call. They didn't even question me and sent the clip out right away.
I seriously do not know how I could get along without this wonderful appliance! I highly recommend it to colon or rectal cancer survivors, colitis suffers, or anyone else that spends a lot of time in the bathroom. Thank you for your wonderful product! I wish I could give you TEN stars!

The Aquaus 360 has proven to be the simplest, most convenient, and most cost effective solution for providing a bidet system for a disabled person. Compared to the alternatives it is inexpensive, installs in minutes, works alongside any toilet, has only two moving parts with no gadgets to learn, requires no wiring, and lets you spray in whatever direction and temperature you want.
I investigated bidet seats, never quite convinced that they would fit my toilet's brand and shape. They would have prevented use of our 4 inch riser seat and probably the safety frame rails as well. Adding an electrical outlet nearby would have been a minor inconvenience, but the limited warm water supply was a concern.
Connecting the Aquaus in place of the sink aerator was a breeze, and this configuration gives easy access to the diverter valve and water temperature up at the faucet - no reaching blindly under the toilet tank only to get cold water. The wand hangs out of the way and does not complicate cleaning the toilet area.
Update: We have been using two of these for over a year, and both are working very well. One thing we have discovered is that we must remember to shut off our Moen faucets when we are finished. The bidet sprayer doesn't leak, but if we leave the faucet's mixing valve wide open and set to warm for an extended period then the hot supply is able to feed across to heat the cold line. When we next use the faucet we have very hot water instantly and no cold until we have run just the cold for a while. The cold water line is affected even in the adjacent bathroom.

You can even feel the good finishing when you would start installing. The length of the hand shower is sufficient. I initially faced a problem with adjusting water temperature before applying it to my skin. Somehow, I was got hot water. Then I saw some tips/notes in the guidelines they provided telling how to adjust that temperature properly. I Will work on that. However, I realized that it would be better to keep the faucet turned off and put the diverter in the direction of the main faucet tap. It will surely help to ensure the longevity of the bidet sprayer.
Anyway.... so far, I have loved this product. I already suggested my brother-in-law have this one for their toilet also.

It works flawlessly

My faucet spout was too small for the faucet diverter. But I was able to get a cache converter( Tiny junior size) to be able to fit the Diverter. Maybe one should take this into consideration. It works flawlessly. I Love it.

Game changer in this household

This is the nicest and most economical option for a durable shattaf/bidet if you want warm water. I prefer a handheld anyway. I spent a long time looking for something like this that didn’t just spray ice cold water from the toilet supply line. For a while we just used peri bottles. This is worlds better. I sprung for the brass one—it’s a nice, hefty thing. I love the pressure adjustment, it’s actually pretty strong at a medium setting from my old, low-pressure pipes. I sprung for the brass one—it’s a nice, hefty thing. I love the pressure adjustment, it’s actually pretty strong at a medium setting from my old, low-pressure pipes. Just remember to turn everything on and off in the right order. The handheld aspect is convenient for keeping the sink basin clean, rinsing out hand washable garments, and rinsing washable menstrual pads (it’s generally great for menstrual hygiene). It’s nuts that this feels like such a luxury when truly, the custom of wiping with paper is a stain on western civilization, pun intended.
