It’s well built, with easy to use, adjustable on-off toggle valve, sturdy flexible hose with long reach and secure shut-off. Bought in September 2023. Sixteen months later it works and looks good as new, in shiny chrome plated, easy to maintain clean, quality brass construction .

This is such a useful product I've purchased it twice, so both my bathrooms are equipped with this great addition and excellent investment for any bathroom, both convenient and hygienic. These should be required for all modern toilets and are a great value compared to expensive built-in bidet toilets like Toto or the cheap toilet seat add-ins which are not half as convenient and effective as this handheld metallic model.

The all brass unit is very well built and designed. No-nonsense, common sense design coupled with quality materials in its construction is well worth the extra cost compared to all the plastic units in the marketplace that look like they are more suited for use on the kitchen sink. Installation is quick and simple. Just make sure you use a flex line from the water valve before attempting the connection. It’s also great to see that telephone support is available in case you run into any problems during the install. Will definitely be purchasing more units for each of the bathrooms at home.

I bought this a couple years ago, at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic when there were fears of toilet paper shortages. I had been considering buying something like this for a while, but the concerns of a shortage pushed me to finally do it. Overall, I've been very happy with the purchase. A bidet works better, and leaves you feeling cleaner, than using toilet paper. To illustrate: if you got your hands dirty with "something", would you use a paper towel, and only a paper towel, to clean them?... Water cleans better than dry paper. Using a bidet leaves you feeling cleaner and re-freshed. It's definitely one of those products that makes you think, "I've been doing it wrong my whole life. Why didn't I get one of these years ago?" Once you decide to buy: you should know that there are two basic approaches to bidets that are add-ons to a normal toilet. The kind that are part of a toilet seat and the kind that are a handheld sprayer. The Aquaus 360 is a handheld type. I decided on handheld because of, shall we say, "aiming". With a in-the-seat model, you have to position your "self" in the right place for the water to go where it's needed. With the handheld type, you hold the sprayer and direct the water with your hand. That just seemed like a better approach to me. (Although, to be fair, I've never used the in-the-seat models.) Now that I've used it for two years, I calculate that it's getting close to paying for itself in reduced toilet-paper usage. From here on, we're saving money. Getting cleaner, feeling better, saving money. What's not to like? The Aquaus 360 is very sturdy and should last for years. I have one small issue. There are two on/off control valves. One at the end of the hose where it connects to the water supply and one on the handheld part of the unit, which not only controls between on and off, but also allows you to vary the water flow (pressure) anywhere between fully on and fully off. This is a very good design. The instructions say that the water should be turned off at the source (not just at the handheld unit) when not in use. That seems like a good idea, as the valve at the source is much heavier. After using the Sprayer for more than a year, I have noticed that a bit of water, just a drip, still flows thru the Sprayer even if the valve on the handheld unit is in the off position (and the valve at the source is still on, of course). Turning it off at the source stops the drip. I am sure this could be fixed with a small part like a washer or such and I will eventually do that. I just haven't gotten aronud to it yet.

I wish I would have known about this product a long time ago. I suffer from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and never feel completely clean. I originally wanted to purchase the bidet attachment that fits under the toilet seat, but my hubby didn’t like the aesthetics of it. I looked at several seats and sprayers and really liked the reviews on this sprayer - so I purchased it. Easy to install. Very good quality. Less obtrusive than the bidet seat attachment. It does take a couple of tries to get used to how the sprayer works. My advise, as I learn from my mistakes...lol! The first time I turned it on, I turned on the main shut off valve and the sprayer handle wasn’t in the off position. Water sprayed all over the wall! Hahaha. So I’ve learned to hold the sprayer into toilet bowel, then turn on the main valve behind the toilet. Then aim where you want it. From there you can adjust the pressure. One of the best purchases I’ve made.

Update after 2 years: have been using this every day every time I go. It is still like brand new. Love the cold water, it is refreshing. My best buy ever. The product is designed for simple toilets, not the skirted ones. I called customer service to ask if anything can be done, and all I can say is they are probably the best customer service in the world. They picked up the phone after 1 ring!!!!!!, they explained very clearly what was needed to add when installed on a skirted... Update after 2 years: have been using this every day every time I go. I called customer service to ask if anything can be done, and all I can say is they are probably the best customer service in the world. They picked up the phone after 1 ring!!!!!!, they explained very clearly what was needed to add when installed on a skirted or one piece toilet (a 6 inch toilet extension hose 7/8" male female), they emailed a lot of pictures showing how it can be installed with that hose plus written explanation as well. The hose was shipped in 3 days (by another company), it is a perfect fit, very easy to instal. I chose to have the bracket installed on the wall because I find that easier to reach. And the product itself is out of this world. Made of brass, will certainly outlive me. There is plenty of pressure but it is adjustible for any requirement. All the chrome finish gives it a squeeking clean feel, there are extra parts for longer handles, and an extra head for a softer jet. I just love this gadget and am very happy that I chose this manufacturer, I can't imagine a better made one in its category. Also now that I have it, I would never think of getting one of those fancy bidet seats where so many things can go wrong. Nothing beats simplicity. After 10 days: I love it even more. The cold water spray feels so refreshing, I certainly do not miss or want warm water added.

It’s very versatile The price is a bit on the high side, but you got what you pay for. This one is hands down the best one in every categories. My only wish is that they can give choices on the length of hose. It comes with a 54 inches hose. I like my bathroom to be more minimal. To get the job done, I only need about 35-40 inches. I wish they can offer a shorter option either with the box or on the product page with cheaper price option.

Simple install and works great
Bought one of these a few weeks ago and put it on one toilet to try it out. Heavy duty all metal is the one I got. They do sell one with some plastic, but I would pay the little bit extra and get the all metal. Anyway, my husband installed the first one in about 5 minutes. Very easy. Then we bought a second one and installed it. You do need a flexible toilet supply line. If you have a grey plastic pex one, you will have to change that. Again, fairly easy to do. This functions really well. You can adjust the intensity of the spray, the length of the handle and I think a few other things. Can't believe how great it works!!
