Unit arrived quickly and was packed well. Installation takes less than five minutes. The only downside is that control panel is quite large. It removes easily from the bracket though to make it handheld.

I wasn't sure where to install the remote and he suggested that we put it right over the toilet paper holder. I initially wanted it more out of sight, but over the toilet paper holder was perfect because it put it right in reach. I'm glad I went with his idea. In terms of the bidet, it's great to use. There are many features that I couldn't really appreciate until I put them to use. I don't know why it took me so long to get one of these gems. Update: I STILL LOVE IT.

I especially like the fact that the remote is mounted on the wall vs. on the seat where it couldn't help but get caught in the periodic crossfires. Another thing I like is the availability of replacement parts. Like I said this was in our home when we bought it and a part broke inside (I have no idea how old it was but we'd owned the house for two years). I was heartbroken and ordered this to replace it. After taking it apart and doing an online search I was able to find the broken part for $10 and now we have two of these in our home.
