This has been a life changer! 🤣 My only complaint is that it won’t spray hot water in my toilet across the house from the water heater. Other than the water being freezing cold in the winter it really does work great!

Just not a worthwhile design

As someone who spent a great deal of her life in Europe, I've never understood Americans aversion to bidets.. it keeps you clean, It's easy to use. This model is a little challenging on modern toilet seats that have the dip in the back? Which I consider to be ridiculous anyway. But all in all great product

Overall I'm satisfied with it. Saves on TP. Installation wasn't difficult, although I had to drill holes in my bathroom cabinet to route the hot water lines. Hot water option is kinda useless because you still have to wait for the water to warm up unless you have a hot water heater right under your sink. Getting the pressure just right takes some practice, and if you push the lever all the way down its way too strong.

This bidet is great. It’s easy to install and easy to clean. Does what it is supposed to do. But there were bumpers for the toilet seat pictured for the bidet and they were not in the box. Fortunately I purchased extra bumpers. But I would like to have the 4 bumpers which were supposed to be included with the bidet.

First, I am sure I am like a lot of people looking at bidets for the first time. The selection of bidets seems endless. Electric bidets, non-electric whole toilet bidets. To make things worse, almost every bidet had the same rating. Most loved their purchases. It was easy to install, although could have used better quality parts and been better designed. For a larger person like myself, I often find the controls located to close and or find myself almost sitting on the controls which affects how they operate. Plastic washers during installation were hard to work with and constantly fell out when I was installing fittings because they wouldn't allow me to tighten the fitting properly, so while they don't leak, a couple of my fittings are loosely installed. Overall, these are small gripes, I am really enjoying the Bidet. It works fantastic.

The hot water hookup is leaking despite following the directions (yes, the rubber washer is in and yes, I used Teflon tape). In the troubleshooting steps, it says if it continues to leak, to contact them. Guess what? I can't find their contact info in the instructions, on the box, through an internet search, nor through Amazon. Sending back.
