Bought this as a Christmas gift. This bidet did not function correctly initially. Now it will not work at all. Have reached out to seller with no response. Don't buy this bidet.

I spent a lot of time researching before making this purchase and I am very happy with this seat. It was easy to install and is totally worth the price. The heated seat is especially nice in colder months. The bidet function works great and has plenty of hot water which I was concerned about. The drying fan is a must. Everything is adjustable and easy to use. After a year of use it still works great and there have been zero issues. I definitely recommend this to anyone unsure about what bidet seat to get

So comforting. I enjoy sitting on the nice heated seat on a cold winter day. The water can be warm too… like a warm, wet hug for your chocolate starfish.

This is great for older people, especially dementia people, saves on constant showers when they have an Oops moment. Very easy to install, just make sure you have an electrical outlet near the toilet. Great product, and it saves on toilet paper.

Only fits elongated toilet. Very disappointing

We have had this bidet for a couple of years. We really like the ease of use and the quality of the actual bidet and control panel seems very good. However, immediately upon opening the package I noticed the quality of the lid is atrocious. It’s the thinnest plastic and would not hold up to even a child sitting atop it. We have been very careful with it and yet it is broken is several places. We looked into ordering a replacement lid and it will be $60 including shipping. This is very frustrating as the original quality is deeply lacking and will have to be replaced rather quickly with normal use. Lotus, look into improving the quality of this aspect.

I would strongly advise getting this. No more cold seats, warm seat, warm water cleans you up and then it even blows you dry. 

I bought a Lotus Smart Bidet ATS-500 in 2019 to replace another Lotus (I don't recall the model, but it was a higher model than the ATS-500).
