Great bidet
This is great for older people, especially dementia people, saves on constant showers when they have an Oops moment. Very easy to install, just make sure you have an electrical outlet near the toilet. Great product, and it saves on toilet paper.

Good to use, horrible lid quality
We have had this bidet for a couple of years. We really like the ease of use and the quality of the actual bidet and control panel seems very good. However, immediately upon opening the package I noticed the quality of the lid is atrocious. It’s the thinnest plastic and would not hold up to even a child sitting atop it. We have been very careful with it and yet it is broken is several places. We looked into ordering a replacement lid and it will be $60 including shipping. This is very frustrating as the original quality is deeply lacking and will have to be replaced rather quickly with normal use. Lotus, look into improving the quality of this aspect.

Buyer Aware-Broken Easily, Horrible Service
Do Not Buy Lotus product! We spent more than One Thousand dollar for each bidet & the poor quality of Chips & Parts that Lotus use is simply not worth of headache! We have 3 of Lotus ATS-2000 bidets with Professional Installation completed by the local Lotus Store. 3 bidets broke in 2 years. Very difficult deal with Lotus Customer Service even with 5 years of warranty. In 4 years, 3 bidets repaired 3 times & 1 bidet had same problem twice after repaired less than 1 year later!
