There is nothing to dislike, it is good, the size is right, the buttons are nice. This is the second bidet in our home, and the first is the Lotus too, but it is ATS 500. That one works just fine, but the size is not exactly as our toilet. The new one matches perfectly.

If you're wondering if the Purestream wash does what you think it does, it does (at least when at the highest power setting). Due to some health issues, an enema funtion was important to me, and one of the main reasons I wanted a bidet seat about 5 years ago. I first tried another that recived high ratings for its "turbo wash". But apparently I am a tough nut to crack, and it was only strong enough to work occassionally - if I was somehow super-relaxed and found... If you're wondering if the Purestream wash does what you think it does, it does (at least when at the highest power setting). Due to some health issues, an enema funtion was important to me, and one of the main reasons I wanted a bidet seat about 5 years ago. I first tried another that recived high ratings for its "turbo wash". But apparently I am a tough nut to crack, and it was only strong enough to work occassionally - if I was somehow super-relaxed and found just the right position. Even then, barely any water would be introduced. So I chalked up using a bidet for an on demand enema as a failed experiment. However, my wife and I came to enjoy the bidet for its normal intended functions, so I sought to replace it. When I searched again for recommendations for bidets with an effective enema function, most recommended models by Bio Bidet. However, I noticed most of those articles were on sites that specialized in selling bidets and only carried Bio Bidet and a couple of other manufacturers. Reviews from users were mixed at best. To be clear, I never tried a Bio Bidet model, so I am not personally knocking them. I did, however find a few datapoints suggesting that Lotus' Purestream wash (at least in the model I bought) was the most powerful enema funtion on the market. Since the features and price were comparable to the Bio Bidet, and I did not find any user reviews offering dissenting opinions on the enema function, I went with it, and I'm very glad I did. So, that's what sets it apart from the crowd. Otherwise, you kind of get what you pay gor when it comes to bidet seats. All of the electronic models have about the same degree of difficulty when it comes to installation, and all the manufacturers have a similar range of models with a similar menu if features as the price goes up. If I try to find something to complain about, thr only LED lighting on the seat I bought is a white LED panel to run the basic bidet functions without the remote. It's located on the side of the seat and kind of spotlights the supply hose and (in my case) the power cord / outlet. Just aesthetically, I'd rather the mechanics be more hidden from view. The last bidet seat I owned had softer blue LED lights which lit up the bowl. While both serve the purpose of not having to turn on the overhead light for bathroom trips, which is nice, my old seat looked much much nicer in a dark room.

Never feel so clean!
I bought it for my husband who due to medical/health reason needs to use the restroom very frequently. This is a blessing to him. It not only cleanses well, it also has other cool functions and one that I really like - warming up the seat (which is so nice during the cold winter days). Even though it was bought for my husband, I use it too and like it a lot. Before the company sent it to me, they called and made sure I measured my toilet seat and chosen the app... I had a handy man came to install it and after he took the parts off and ready to install the seat, he couldn't fit it in our toilet bowl. I was very sure that I got the correct size, especially after the call from the company. Anyway, we found out they sent us the wrong size, even after the phone call! I couldn't believe it! Anyway, when I called them, the lady who answered the phone remembered speaking to me couple days ago and she was very nice. She apologized promptly and resend us another one immediately. She also sent us a return sticker for the wrong-sized hygiene seat. My husband just told me the other day, that he saw a similar one in Costco but is cheaper, and may buy another one for our chidren's restroom.

Buyer Aware-Broken Easily, Horrible Service
Do Not Buy Lotus product! We spent more than One Thousand dollar for each bidet & the poor quality of Chips & Parts that Lotus use is simply not worth of headache! We purchased 3 of Lotus ATS-2000 bidets with Professional Installation completed by the local Lotus Store. 3 bidets broke with different problems within 2 years of use. Very difficult to deal with Lotus Customer Service at Santa Ana CA for repairs even though they have 5 years of warranty. Within 4 years, 3 bidets repaired 3 times & 1 bidet was having same problem twice after it was just repaired less than 1 year later!
