This bidet seat has it all! Heated seat, unlimited warm water, nightlight, sittable lid, sanitation, and the large remote makes it so easy to use for my family! I have been searching for a bidet for so long that my younger kids could sit and use and the Cascade did not fail! My 6 and 3 year old love the bidet! It's very comfortable to sit on and was really easy to follow the directions to install it myself. So happy with my purchase :)

I didn't think people do business like this anymore and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Fitting my toilet wasn't easy because I have an older... I researched bidets & smart-toilets for awhile by primarily watching product video reviews and comparisons. Also, my brother already had this product for about 9 months and spoke highly of it. This unit has everything one can desire from a bidet other than an automatic lid which I did not want cause I figured it just to be something that could easily break anyway. Although a smart-toilet cosmetically looks better than a bidet sitting upon an actual toilet, my thought was should a bidet not work, it can easily be replaced versus having to replace the entire toilet. Thus far, the wife and I are pleased with our choice.

I replaced a Toto Washlet C5 with the Cascade because we needed a sittable lid in a small bathroom with no other place for a seat. The Cascade's sittable lid is great. In most other respects, however, the Toto is much superior engineering. In particular, odor control is weak (and can't be set to go on as a default), the water stream is not as well-directed, and the air drying is inferior. So the Cascade is just adequate, so if and when Toto decides to make a sittable lid, I'll replace this in a heartbeat.

Remote contract has large display -Could be used by your feet if hands were unavailable. LED night light - bright and very visible. Soft close lid. No Bang in the middle of the night. Recommended by Occupational Therapist and ADA and others. An additional note. Presently we are using an extension cord to our bathroom GFI. But recommend that you have GFI installed. 30 day return Customer Support - while we have not used this other reports it is excellent. Cons: Cleaning action - we are still adjusting to this currently. Sometimes it is perfect, other times, not so great - especially the rear clean. LED light is non-adjustable Price is high

The bumpers do stain when your water supply has minerals. So far have not found a cleaning solution to remove the rust color build up on all 6 bumpers. A replacement set is being sent to me. Cannot find a replacement after-market set on Amazon so I don't know a long term solution until a better material is used on the bumpers.

In this video, you're going to learn everything there is to learn about the Cascade 3000, so stay tuned to get those details. My name is Daniel Johnson, I'm your bidet expert and the owner of ManyBidets.com and we're going to dig into the Cascade 3000 now. Now, before we dive in, it is important to note that we designed the Cascade 3000. We consistently had customers reaching out looking for things in a Bidet seat that we were not able to provide, because nothing existed. We designed the Cascade 3000 to meet those needs. Despite having designed this unit, we do try to be as unbiased as possible, so we will be sharing both the positives and the negatives of the Cascade 3000, because no seat is perfect. No high-end Bidet seat would be complete without unlimited warm water. The Cascade 3000 offers unlimited warm water by using an instant water heater that's built into the seat itself. It also includes multiple different temperature settings. An off setting if you want room temperature water, a low, a medium and a high setting. You also have the ability to run either a front, or a rear wash, using a single nozzle, so the nozzle is centered for any of those different wash solutions. You're also going to be able to adjust the pressure of that wash. If you're looking for something harder, or softer, you can adjust that up to three different pressure settings and the range of those pressure settings is one of the best ranges in the market. If you need something soft and gentle, especially after giving childbirth, or if you have hemorrhoids, the Cascade is a great option. If you want something a little bit more intense to clean up those extra messy bowel movements, the Cascade 3000 can handle that, as well. The Cascade 3000 also comes with an oscillation feature. If you want to get more range with your wash you can cause the nozzle to oscillate back and forth, by giving a second press of the wash button be it the rear wash or the front wash to give that additional coverage, by an oscillating nozzle moving back and forth. There's also an auto wash button, which automatically oscillates the nozzle and runs a wash for 60 seconds and then follows that with a three minute dry. The Cascade 3000 also comes with a stainless steel nozzle, which means that it's going to be as hygienic as possible, because that stainless steel material doesn't hold bacteria buildup as much as other materials would. It also offers a two-in-one design, so the single centered nozzle offers both your front and your rear wash settings, with different spouts built into the same tip. There are some Bidet seats out there that advertise an easy to remove tip, specifically for cleaning. A lot of these have stainless steel nozzles, but then the tip is plastic. The Cascade 3000 has a fully stainless steel nozzle, but the tip is still pretty easy to remove, just with a slight pull at the very end of the tip to slide it out, clean it and re-insert it, but you still get a fully stainless steel exterior with the Cascade 3000. One of the most common complaints we get when it comes to Bidet seats, in general, is that their reach is somewhat lacking. The back of the Bidet seat is high, causing people to sit further forward and as a result the nozzle has to be able to reach further forward. My name is Daniel Johnson, I'm your bidet expert and the owner of ManyBidets.com; where we've sold over 10,000 bidets, in the past eight years. First of all, I do want to say that the Cascade 3000 is a seat that we've manufactured, after being in business for about six years. We saw some things in the market that needed addressing and we came up with the Cascade, to address those issues. If you have questions about that, feel free to reach out to us. Our contact information is in the video description, but for now, let's go ahead and jump into the install. All right, so first of all, we need to remove as much water from the system as possible. We're going to do that by turning off the water supply here and then draining the toilet tank. Because we have the water supply turned off, we can hear that the tank is not refilling. I basically just held down on this flush lever, until I saw no more water draining. Now, when I unscrew this, we are going to see a little bit of water come out of this, because there's some water in the hose. That's why it's important to have something to absorb that water, when it comes out here. There we go. We've absorbed that water and now what we can do is, we can install the T-Connector. Now, this T-Connector is designed to be used without any plumber's tape. However, if you install this T-Connector without inserting the included rubber gasket, you're going to have leaking issues. First of all, you need to make sure that there's a rubber gasket here. You'll notice that this is a rubber gasket that has a wider portion and a more narrow portion. The narrow portion will face up, like this. We'll just screw this onto the bottom side of this toilet tank. Now, each of these connections should have a rubber gasket associated with it. When you unscrew your original water supply, there should be a rubber gasket in there, as well. Most of the time, and you can see that at least on this one, is also a two layer rubber gasket. Most of the time when we have customers calling us, or emailing us saying that their unit is leaking right after installing, it's because they left this rubber gasket on the bottom side of the toilet tank and so then this seam had two rubber washers and the bottom side here had no rubber gaskets. The other possibility is this rubber gasket fell out and didn't get inserted, or the rubber gasket up here fell out and didn't get inserted. Make sure that you do have those rubber gaskets in place and go ahead and tighten it. Hand tight is just fine here. Again, check for the gasket, this should be pretty tight on the hose. That shouldn't be a problem, but just make sure that it's there and connect that as well. Again, all this can really just be hand tightened for the most part. You could tighten this with a crescent wrench if you did it very very gently, but hand tight is probably more than enough there. Now our water supplies are set up. Now, we just have to worry about installing the seat itself. Now, in some scenarios you might have a skirted toilet, where the water inlet is hidden on the tank side.
