This is our second bidet seat purchase, and the newer design is easier to operate. However, you must have a power source near the toilet for it to work.

Very easy to install. Works great.

Worked fine for about 12 months. Then suddenly developed a leak. Luckily, I caught it in time before it caused serious damage. This was installed in a second-floor bathroom, so the risk was high—had I been out of town, it could’ve meant tens of thousands of dollars in damage and weeks (or even months) of repairs. Something that fails silently like this is a ticking time bomb. Use with extreme caution—or better yet, look for a more reliable option.

it came as expected. If you are not a handyperson, it is relatively easy to put together. The reviews (1-5 stars), were helpful, to know some things that can be expected with the product. I love this bidet seat! The seat stays toasty warm which is wonderful on cold days and nights. The water heats up to my exact specifications. The control on the side of the unit is easy to use. All of the settings are easy to program. Before I ordered this one I had a Brondell Swash SE600 Bidet Toilet Seat, Fits Elongated Toilets, White - Bidet - Oscillating Stainless-Steel Nozzle, Warm Air Dryer, Ambient Nightlight. After about 18 months the water wouldn’t heat so I sent it back to Brondell to repair and it was going to cost about $200. Instead of repairing it I ordered this one by ZMJH and I have been very happy with it. I’ve had it for about 8 months and it has worked perfectly. I will update this review after 18 months.

We could not get this to work. The water temperature light continued to blink, no matter what we did to correct it. There was no toll free number to call with concerns or questions about the product. We have a friend in Florida who has the same product and had no trouble with it. We video called him, and he tried to troubleshoot with us, but still could not get any results to fix the problem. So therefore we had no choice but to return it. 

The company does not replace the defective seat even when the item is under the 1 year warranty. This seat leaks and can not be used and they continue to ignore my request for a replacement. Amazon also refuses to assist in this matter because it is a 3rd party vendor. buyer beware.

Works extremely well. Does every that the $750 ones do!!
