I bought it on November 23, but I installed it on May 24th. Now, after six months, it is leaking and needs to be replaced. I suggest you don't buy it.

regret purchasing this hose bidet. It started leaking within days of installation, and the water damage was extensive. It ruined my bathroom floor and spread into my bedroom, causing costly repairs. The quality is clearly subpar, and the design seems flawed. Avoid this product unless you want a major headache!

This is a high quality all stainless steel hose and handle. Everything looks solid. Easy to install with almost no tools. I like the fact that I can shut it off completely or reduce water flow and pressure as preferred. Good price for its quality. Highly recommend.

I want to love this product because it looks nice and the jet is perfect, but it's broken so many times on me. I had 4 bidets, 1 came broken from the box and we got a replacement, and since we purchased a few months ago, 2 more of them have broken (leaking from the bottom of the pipe and the nozzle).

These bidets were definitely a great deal. They are so easy to use and function so well. You can adjust the pressure by pressing the handle as needed. I would suggest using a plumber to install it just for the safety of your house. They were quick to install (the individuals that installed ours took 10 mins max on each).
