Great experience in last few days

Initially, it worked fine, but after a few weeks, the water stopped flowing completely. It turned out the bidet had a loose internal connection, preventing water from flowing even when the handle was pushed. I fixed it with a screwdriver by opening the faucet, but the issue reoccurred after some time as it loosened again.

It arrived. Installed the following week. Item as described and worked great

I wanted to message the seller directly, but there isn't an option to do that. I bought this and the plumber had already installed it but the lever did not work. I had to spend extra money and buy a new handle because the plumber had already installed everything. Maybe they would like to reimburse me. I bought it on amazon so I can provide a receipt. It works great now with the new handle.

Every thing and parts are superb.

All the required fittings are included. Easy to install. In my case the hot water source is from a hot water line for the washing machine. So did some additional work around(image 3) to get the hot source. :) Suggestion: May be AxiomDeals can think of providing fitting( 3/4” Y value/ splitter + 3/4” to 3/8” elbow ) as an option for customers with similar requirement.

Easy to follow the instructions, you just need a small adjustable wrench and the low quality wrench provided in the pack.

This is really changed my washroom struggle yo collect water. As a muslim we need to wash after every toilet use. I installed it within 40 minutes and perfect fitted for my washroom. they provided everything you need. just need a ranch. that’s it. The money I spent is worth. Thanks seller for faster shipping. I recommended this anybody looking for bidet. Don’t use cheap if you don’t wanna hassle.
