I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. Heavy and appears very durable. Easy to install and to use.

The only thing that I can see could be improved is the mount being metal, (the one supplied is plastic) It works great

(I am writing this review after 3 weeks of use) the bidet was simple to install without the need for tools. The package included all necessary items, including extra washers and alternative mounting hardware. Prior to receiving the item. The seller emailed me some helpful tips pertaining to the installation and quality maintenance of the bidet. So far I am very happy with the quality of the product and the support of the seller. I'm very glad I came across this bidet sprayer. I was looking for something reliable and found it. It really does the job very well. My number one concern was leaking and this thing is very sold and does not leak at all. It is well made and it is all metal and that is what made me buy it. Happy with my purchase and I would buy again. I really do recommend this thing for everyone.

The sprayer is very good quality stainless steel and works well but the hanger sent with it does not work for the nut shape of where the hose connects to the sprayer- so unless you want to leave it laying on the floor, there is no way to hang it up. No domestic customer service - just a phone number and e-mail in China that I have gotten no response to. Returning it- don't waste your money.
