I have chronic back pain and spondylitis. Also, will be having total hip replacement surgery in a few weeks. This toilet seat has added height, and ability to clean myself without fear or strain of pain wiping myself, or possible reinjury postoperative. This toilet seat will also prove to be healthier for me with each day. Thank you ZMJH.

I contacted the manufacturer recently, they resolved my issue in a few hours, really great product support from the manufacturer!

The bidet was a gift for my wife, she really wanted one. the functions work well and the seat is comfortable. We have one issue, our local water pressure is high, I have a pressure regulator on our line but it is still too high so the bidet pressure is uncomfortable for my wife, an inline pressure regulator would probably fix the issue but I can't find one. We had to return the Bidet. The Bidet is Great Quality for the money

It seems decent, only "con" is seat lid doesn't fold all the way up to toilet tank. So you can't sit back all the way.

Best purchase I have ever made. Simple to set up and has worked like a charm for the last year! Seriously, if you are on the fence about purchasing a bidet, JUMP! And if you get this model you will not regret the purchase.

Its just okay. Water force is not adequate and water temperature less than warm. Also, the dryer air is not warm at all. I have just used it for 2 days. I will try for a couple of more days and return if I am not satisfied. Hope Amazon will accept my return.

First, I needed to put a new plug in and it was a GFCI outlet. Be sure you do the same or be sure the existing plug is protected for ground fault, directions are moot on this. Now, the reason for only one star. I’m 6’3”, 200 pound male; big but not unusually big. After installing the unit, I sat down to try it out - it’s too small! When I sat down with my back pressed up against the lid, my genitals are on and over the front of the seat. I would never be able to pee while sitting down. Unit returned but I now have an outlet I do not need.

worked good 1st month then controls went crazy and seat broke. Manufacturer unwilling to supply parts
