Not the Best Choice
I bought one of these about 18 months ago. I previously had a Daelim Cleanlet. The Cleanlet was perfect. It did everything I wanted it to and it lasted about 8-10 years. When I had to replace it I bought this one. Either the wand isn't long enough or the basic framework is wrong, but I have to get into an unnatural position to use it. Also, the spray isn't very strong. And now, after a year and a half it has failed. I would not buy it again.

I switched from a Swash 1000. I find that the spray pressure is very weak. Cannot adjust spray pattern. Posterior wash is too far forward even with nozzle position all the way back. I have to adjust sitting position for proper targeting. The oscillation is barely noticeable. The air dryer is a joke. Not what I was expecting based on reviews. I would return it I could. I can see myself going back to the Swash.

Love This Bidet!
My wife wanted a heated toilet seat so I figured why not a bidet as well and I’m so glad I did. Very easy to install. The various setting on the remote make it easy to customize everything for each of us. Highly recommend!

The old way is crude and gross. This device, the NOVA is an aftermarket accessory. As such, it might be expected to have some compatibility problems. It does. The unit is adjustable front to rear but its rearward movement is limited by the tank and there is a nozzle underneath which could come up against the rear of the bowl. With the seat fully adjusted as far rearward as possible, limited by the tank, the inside edge of the ring seat was about an inch and a half forward of the front of the bowl. This left a “shelf” where, if I peed while sitting, it directed the pee under the ring and onto the floor! I decided that the “round” seat was too short for the “round” bowl so I bought a new “elongated” toilet ($400). The elongated bowl was better but there was still about an inch or less of the bowl showing in front of the inside edge of the ring seat. The seat has a “dam” which extends down toward the bowl but stops about a quarter inch short. There was still enough space to pee through the gap! This problem was exacerbated by the stool which lifts the legs. One solution is to lean forward enough to direct your stream below the gap. If the seat and bowl had been designed as a unit, the inside front edge of the seat could have been fit together properly. This can be a good experience but you must remain vigilant that you do not mess upon the floor! Also, there is a certain amount of splashing. It is a good idea to wipe the underside of the seat after use.

Transcript: After we posted our Top Bidet seats of 2022 and the Eco Nova came in third place, we got a lot of feedback with customers asking us to compare specifically the Eco Nova, to the Bio Bidet BB-2000. Today, we're going to compare and contrast the pros and the cons of both of these seats, so that you can figure out which of these seats is the perfect fit for you. My name is Daniel Johnson. I'm your Bidet expert and I'm the owner of ManyBidets.com, where we've sold thousands of BB-2000’s and we're on our way to do the same for the Eco Nova. Let's go ahead and start by talking about the look and the feel of both of these units. First of all, let's look at the Eco Nova. The Eco Nova has a sleek, classy profile. It looks more like a traditional toilet seat than practically any other seat on the market, because of how sleek it is. The BB-2000 on the other hand, has a taller back and it has the silver accent strip. If you like the silver accent strip, if it fits your bathroom's décor, awesome. Otherwise, the Eco Nova might fit your bathroom décor a little bit better, because of how sleek it is. Now, the cord placement on both of these units is a little bit different, as well. You can see that the Eco Nova has the cord placement and the water placement, both on the same side, the left hand side when facing the toilet. Whereas, the BB-2000 has the water on the left, but the cord on the right, so they are a little bit different in that respect. It's also important to note that the Eco Nova comes in elongated only. Whereas the BB-2000 offers both an elongated and a round option, so if you have a round toilet the BB-2000 is probably the better option out of the two. Now that we've talked about the look and feel of the seats, let's talk about the look and feel of the remotes. The BB-2000 comes with two different remotes, a white, or black, your choice at purchase, and is made out of a hard plastic, with raised rubber buttons. It also has a screen that has countdowns on it, lets you see what's being selected and uses an infrared signal. On the other end we have the Eco Nova remote. One style, that's it. It's stainless steel, with a rose gold finish and it uses a radio frequency. There's no screen, but you do have LED indicators at the top, letting you know what's been selected and there are words on the buttons, instead of logos, so that you know exactly what you're pressing. Either of these two remotes may be the remote for you, depending on what you're looking for. For the BB-2000 if you like the little logos and icons and you like having a screen that shows you exactly what's happening when you're running your wash, the BB-2000 remote is a great option. However, if you like the words on a remote, so that you know exactly what you're pressing and maybe like the texture of the stainless steel, the Eco Nova remote might be a better option for you. Let's talk a little bit more about the radio frequency remote the Eco Nova offers and the infrared remote that the BB-2000 offers. This is another key thing that you need to keep in mind when picking a remote. Radio frequency means that the Bidets can be operated from outside the bathroom. We sell over 350 different Bidets on our website and yet the Eco Nova stands apart. We're very excited about this seat, with some new features like radio frequency, stainless steel remote, UV sterilization and a host of other high-end features. This unit is one of the best bangs for your buck in the market. We're going to get into all of the details up next. My name is Daniel Johnson, I'm your Bidet expert and the owner and founder of ManyBidets.com. We're going to talk about all the details of the Eco Nova coming up next. Of course we need to start by talking about the wash that the Eco Nova provides. It uses an instant water heater, but it's one of the best instant water heaters we've seen to date. When deciding on a seat you can go with a tank water heater, which provides warm water from the very start, but only provides about 30 seconds worth, or an instant water heater that provides unlimited warm water, but has a cold burst at the beginning. The Eco Nova's instant water heater is powerful enough to provide warm water from the very start like a tank would do, but still provide unlimited warm water, offering the best of both worlds. While warm water is great, you want to be able to control what temperature you're dealing with. The Eco Nova has four settings total; an off, a low, a medium and a high that you can toggle between, so that you get the perfect temperature for your needs. Having this unit personally installed in our home, I can tell you that the range is a pretty dynamic range, from low to high and the consistency of the warm water is some of the best consistency that I've seen in Bidet seats to date. We're very happy with the way that this seat warms the water and keeps that temperature consistent throughout the wash. While the Eco Nova only has three pressure settings for the wash pressure, the range is pretty good. On the highest setting the pressure is more than sufficient to get the job done and on the lowest setting it's pretty gentle. Now, if you want the widest range on the market you're probably going to want to look at a high end Toto unit, like the S500, or the S550. If you decide to go that direction, we sell those too, so give us a call and we will hook you up. The Eco Nova also offers the rear and front wash, so you have both of those at your disposal and gives you four nozzle positions for both the front and rear wash, as well, so that you can make sure that it's hitting the right spot every time. With the sleek profile you can position yourself in such a way that that nozzle positioning range gives you a whole lot to work with. You've also got your massage wash, which is an alternating cold, hot wash, which is pretty unique in the market. This is also known as a sitz bath and is great if you suffer from hemorrhoids, giving extra comfort there, or if you've just recently given birth. The nozzle on the Eco Nova will oscillate back and forth, as well; Giving you more range and coverage throughout the wash cycle. The stainless steel nozzle on the Eco Nova is unique in the respect that it's one of the few seats on the market that does not have a cylindrical nozzle, but rather has a rectangular nozzle with rounded edges.
