Very happy with the quality of this product. I bought it because of my wife's disability in which we needed the improved hygiene that it offers. After 9 months, still working great. No problems. It's great to find a product that is built to last.

Comfortable and stylish
The Eco Nova bidet toilet seat is comfortable and sleek without the bulky look that plagues many bidets. I like the fact that it sanitizes the water and it self-cleans before and after each use. Installation was a bit more complicated than expected; the bracket it fits into needs to be properly positioned on the back of the toilet or the seat will not lock into place. The temperature and pressure of the water jets anre easily adjusted with the remote, and the seat warmer is nice. I don’t use som... I don’t use some features including the slow, ineffective air dryer but I still am happy with this bidet. Note: If you live in an area with hard water, remember to clean the inline filter every 5-6 months or the water will slow to a trickle. You might also want to add a separate water filter, inexpensive and easy to install to the water line behind the toilet.

This is the first bidet I’ve ever had so I guess I really have nothing to compare it to. But I love it so far. I think I underestimated how nice the dryer would be and also I’m not sure I fully understood that some bidets have a water tank. This one is tankless so unlimited hot or warm water. It also has several sterilization features for the nozzle such as the uv light. I don’t know how long the bulb lasts or if it can be replaced. The reason I chose this one was the low profile. It was expensive and I’m I could have been equally happy with a much simpler one but again the dryer is a big deal for me much to my surprise.

2nd purchase since we loved the first!
We bought an eco nova bidet for our master bathroom and loved it enough to get a second for our other restroom. I forgot how easy the installation was, and there are great guides on YouTube too. Now that I have a brand new one and one year old eco nova to compare, I can say that the water pressure and heat levels haven’t degraded at all within the year. I don’t have experience with any other instant heat bidets since they are quite pricey. But I’m extremely happy with these eco nova bidets and would recommend to friends and family.

You Get What You Pay For!
Very happy with my Eco Nova bidet seat. Had a couple BioBidets before. They were made out of ABS plastic, which is brittle, weaker and cracks. The Nova is made of Polypropylene plastic and is much more durable. You can definitely feel the difference. And you can use any kind of cleaners. The water stream is actually aerated and you can feel the difference there too. Much gentler even on high. The remote is great and responds immediately unlike the BioBidets. Most importantly, I'm a big guy and the Nova is rated for 400lbs. For quality, comfort, features, and value the Nova can't be beat, and you really do get what you pay for with this product!

I like being able to sit on a fully enclosed lid. Some bidets are too flimsy for this. I love the night light. Instant hot water was a must. I needed to get an electrician to put an outlet near the base. Installation was pretty straight forward and there is a video online for this exact model. This model also... The only minor negative I found was that when power went out, all the remote settings all went back to the default, kind of like disconnecting your car battery and losing your radio settings. Fortunately that happens infrequently. This unit is currently on my downstairs toilet and I plan on having a duplicate of this one on my upstairs toilet soon.
