It works and is easy to install.

I've had this seat for about a month now and it works well. The seat warming is great and the water warming is nice as well. I wish it was a little more of a spray instead of a stream of water. All in all I am happy with this seat.

it's amazing, though the dryer function runs very hot(be careful!)

This bidet seat is like a spa for your hiney, it's amazing and has features I don't even need, like the fancy night light! The heated seat is nice in the winter, I do wish that there was a flush button, but truly there is handle for that on the toilet. 10/10 would buy again if I had more than on toilet.

Replace our heated toilet seat with this after husband had back surgery and could not reach where he needs to reach without a wand. He loves it. The buttons look like OMG but after a few times you know what everything is and it’s simple to use. Glad I purchased it and would purchase again. This seat DOES require an outlet next to the toilet. The plug is on the left side (looking at the bidet) but is long enough to go behind the seat to an outlet on the right wall.

Power wash!

Works very well. My entire family love it. Has lots of functionality the water is a decent temp, the seat is always warm (my favorare bit). Installing the seat is faily simple. Working out where to get power from, well thats a whole different problem. I have an extention cable connecting mine at the moment lol

Not built for men, even small men or for people who want clean toilet bowls!

I'm sending it back before I've even got the electronics set up. The install wasn't a problem at all and there were no damaged parts. The problem is with the seat itself. The bidet part sticks so far forward of the back of the bowl that you have no hope of cleaning that space without removing the bidet. Most problematic is that this was made for womem, maybe very small men. The bidet part of the back of the seat pitches you forward maybe 30 degrees and makes the bowl considerably smaller than with a normal toilet seat. Without being too gross, it's impossible to fit man parts in there without just laying across the front of the bowl. I'm 5'7" and 170 lhbs - trust me when I say this doesn't really seem to work for men at all and even my wife finds the front of the seat uncomfortable because it's slightly thinner than the edge of the bowl, maybe an inch and that's not very comfortable to sit on. I'm sure the rest works fine but to me, the seat itself is completely unusable.
