After ensuring that the inlet water was fully opened and the bidet’s spray pressure turned up, it was inadequate for good or thorough cleaning, so I’m returning it. I’m also not fond of having to press plates to activate it.

This bidet was easy to install and has adjustable water pressure feature. We are very pleased, works great!

Bought this product only to have to uninstall it and send it back. It was a defective product that leaked and would not turn off. Had to shut the water supply to stop the water from running. Their support told me to send a picture and they would get back to me. Totally unsatisfactory. Not recommended

Easy to install. I’m not gonna lie, It was cold at first. Lol But summer heat made it refreshing in the no no square! Plus it just makes you feel genuinely clean without toilet paper sticking to you or anything like that. Which in my opinion is totally gross, but that’s my opinion annnd that’s why I bought it. 🤭 So yeah, I like it!

My husband wanted to try a bidet, but they can be so expensive. This one is a much less expensive model because you don't have to hook it up to electricity. I thought we'd give this one a try to make sure we really wanted one before we paid for the more expensive model. No need! This one works fine! I don't need the water to be warm to do the cleaning.

If you’re still wiping with dry toilet paper this is your sign to invest! I’ve had this bidet for months and its worked wonders, plus saves on toilet paper. My girlfriend is in love with it and hates using any bathroom without one now lol. Definitely universal, I’ve attached it to two different toilet so far. Only complaint is in the winter you have to be prepared, that water will be freezing. But thats not really the products fault.

Easy to install: high-quality stainless steel construction for T-joint (not cheap plastic), comes with plumbers tape. Nozzle easily detaches for cleaning. Make sure to start on the lowest setting, this thing is powerful! Truly awesome, especially for the price!

This a great product. It fits perfectly under my toilet seat without having to use bumpers. Bumpers don't work as they eventually fall off.

I've gotten a few different bidets this one has by far the most pressure from the ones i've installed. All plastic minus the fitting buttons and knob feel solid. Includes the standard tee and supply line. Most of the other units needed extra stand offs for the standard toilet seats I have. This unit does not need the stand offs which i would say is a massive plus especially if you don't have any
