Love the product! Happy to report I installed it myself!

After ensuring that the inlet water was fully opened and the bidet’s spray pressure turned up, it was inadequate for good or thorough cleaning, so I’m returning it. I’m also not fond of having to press plates to activate it.

Works great! NO leaking! Easy to install. Fits great under the seat. Great water pressure and settings. It does take a little practice for people who never used bidet before (like me). It does the job!! Cleans very well. Water is a bit cold, but for a few seconds it's not a big deal (better than nothing). For the price, no complaints whatsoever. Wish I've bought it long time ago! I now recommend it to all my family members.

If you’re still wiping with dry toilet paper this is your sign to invest! I’ve had this bidet for months and its worked wonders, plus saves on toilet paper. My girlfriend is in love with it and hates using any bathroom without one now lol. Definitely universal, I’ve attached it to two different toilet so far. Only complaint is in the winter you have to be prepared, that water will be freezing. But thats not really the products fault.

After 79 years, I finally gave a bidet a try and By George, this works exactly as advertised. Easy to install "aim" is good and controls are easy. Of course, normal toilet uses are not affected, so I can't think of a negative to having one.

I was on the fence. I must say that I am well satisfied with this purchase. Installation was quick, it works perfectly, and customer service replies promptly ... and pleasantly.

I wish we could get a left handed one. I love my bidet. We use way less toilet paper and you're left feeling fresh. Cleaning it can be a bit of a pain but worth it. I had no idea what I was missing until I owned one.

Bought this product only to have to uninstall it and send it back. It was a defective product that leaked and would not turn off. Had to shut the water supply to stop the water from running. Their support told me to send a picture and they would get back to me. Totally unsatisfactory. Not recommended
