After ensuring that the inlet water was fully opened and the bidet’s spray pressure turned up, it was inadequate for good or thorough cleaning, so I’m returning it. I’m also not fond of having to press plates to activate it.

The product arrived in good condition and while the instructions were not very useful, it was easy enough to put together. The parts connecting it to the water valve are metal and good quality. I haven't had any issues with leakage. It is very easy to clean, which is better than previous bidets I've had. The buttons work well and I have no complaints.

My husband bought one. We tried it and bought another. The price is great. My only complaint is plastic screws and fittings. They will break and they do not stay tightened.

After 79 years, I finally gave a bidet a try and By George, this works exactly as advertised. Easy to install "aim" is good and controls are easy. Of course, normal toilet uses are not affected, so I can't think of a negative to having one.

I wish we could get a left handed one. I love my bidet. We use way less toilet paper and you're left feeling fresh. Cleaning it can be a bit of a pain but worth it. I had no idea what I was missing until I owned one.

I've gotten a few different bidets this one has by far the most pressure from the ones i've installed. All plastic minus the fitting buttons and knob feel solid. Includes the standard tee and supply line. Most of the other units needed extra stand offs for the standard toilet seats I have. This unit does not need the stand offs which i would say is a massive plus especially if you don't have any

Easy to install: high-quality stainless steel construction for T-joint (not cheap plastic), comes with plumbers tape. Nozzle easily detaches for cleaning. Make sure to start on the lowest setting, this thing is powerful! Truly awesome, especially for the price!

I got my first bidet during the toilet paper crisis of 2020. Now I don’t know how I lived without them! This particular one is just cold water but super easy to install.
