I bought this twice. The second one started leaking through the outlet valve, constantly dripping water into the toilet bowl, after only about three months. Amazon won't let me return it and repeated emails to the manufacturer went unanswered. The advertised 12-month warrantee appears to be worthless. I'll buy another brand, but I'm done with ABHQP

Amazon Basics unit that was bought about 4 yrs ago started leaking recently, so I purchased this from what appears to be the original manufacturer as a replacement.... Works great, we'll have to see how long it lasts....

Product is good and functional, but knob breaks within 2-3 months.

This is a great bidet, with strong water force. I thought I needed hot water with this but I don't. By the time the water gets warm, you have wasted too much water.

This Bidet is the Best Thing Ever!!! I Recommend Everyone have a Bidet and this one works Perfect. Strong and Sturdy when using the Dials. Super easy to install all fittings are put on hand tight. 5 minutes and we had it installed and working great. You really do feel Clean and Fresh and use WAY Less Tissue. This bidet is top class. It has both warm & cold water & has 5-6 settings for water spray. Very useful as stocks on toilet paper are limited in BC due to the flood. Installation took time and was done by a handyman as our hot water outlet is under the vanity so had to make a hole to attach the hot water outlet. Overall great product & highly recommend
