I'm so happy to have this! I really feel much much cleaner after using the bathroom now. I did find setup to be a bit difficult and I still haven't figured out how to permanently fix the slight leaking I have on one of the commodes (I tighten it but it manages to loosen again over time). The pressure is a bit high so you'll have to get used to it but aside from that it's generally comfortable.

I really like the design and functions of this bidet: 1) the two wash settings of "Wash" for standard anatomy of men and women and the "Women" setting for female anatomy; 2) The water flow dial has been well engineered because the flow rates can be set for a comfortable wash even if the water pressure is very high as it is in my house; 3) the internal tubing is well set and safe because it has never leaked.

[Incentivized Review] Ahh - mazing
This little sucker - well, spitter (I presume) is the weirdest thing to get used to, unless you're from a location that has used bidet. It cleans like no other, leaves you feeling refreshed, and saves you on toilet paper (which in these times is considered gold). Save yourself and get a bidet for yourself because going never felt so amazing, especially when you have to get off the pot!

Great product with a simple and effective design
I am a convert and it will be tough to go back. I'm impressed that the product has held up so well with no faults in operation whatsoever. My only critique is that it can be difficult to clean in and around the spacers that the bolts mount through. It's easy enough to remove and clean every now and then that I didn't want to remove a star just for that.

Self-Cleaning Nozzle
In addition to the hygienic benefits of the retractable nozzle and guard gate, this model also features a nozzle cleaning mode to thoroughly rinse the nozzle. To activate nozzle cleaning, simply turn the mode dial to the right, then turn the water pressure dial to the highest pressure setting. The bidet features dual chrome-plated knobs that allow the user to select a mode and then activate and adjust water pressure. With clearly defined settings on the control panel, the bidet can easily be operated by children and the elderly.
Nozzle Guard Gate & Retracting Nozzle
The hygienic nozzle guard gate shields the nozzles and ensures the bidet is always ready for clean operation. The guard gate opens manually for access to the nozzles. The retractable nozzles only drop below the gate when the bidet is turned on. When no water is running to the bidet, the nozzles will remain retracted and under double protection behind the nozzle guard gate.
Designed to Fit Any Toilet
Our Neo Bidets are designed to fit comfortably under standard toilets with zero gap between the seat and the bowl. Thinner designs in the market offer no advantage in the fitting of the bidet under the seat, as any interference with the seat is not the result of the thickness of the bidet but the result of the nozzle housing extending into the bowl.
