I loved it so much that I now have one on all my toilets (3 of them)! Installation is super easy and fast. I’m not sure what I did without one! I use all the settings (features include cleaning your front and rear!). The water pressure is great too (I don’t have to turn the knob much to get high pressure). And it has a nozzle clean feature that is handy as well. I highly recommend this bidet! 

I would recommend this bidet to anybody who wants a bidet experience with little investment. The cool water was always welcome. And now that I’ve invested in a fancier bidet with heated water/seat etc, I’d still be happy with cool water any day of the week. I also gifted the bidet to my sister after she had her second baby to give the comfort of the peri bottle without the inconvenience. I wish I had one of these after I had my babies! 

Fabulous product. Much has been said about how life-changing a bidet is, but it cannot be said enough. Once you have used one consistently, you will be grossed out and feel totally unclean when you have to use a toilet without one. This bidet installs relatively easy and has kept our bums clean for years without having an issue. I have told everyone about this and have converted quite a few. 

This was my first Bidet I ever purchased. As a liscensed plumber I was overly impressed on the ease of installation. They go above and beyond to make sure the installation is an easy one. When it comes to the performance of thr Bidet, I couldn't ask for more. There is more than enough pressure and the self cleaning function is great. 

Do you think about how often you wash your bum? Start using this bidet and you can never go back. Public bathrooms and work toilets will never be the same. You leave feeling dirtier. Turn this thing up to the max for an inspiring enema, or keep it low for a subtle mist on your tukus. Escape the infernal clutches of TP and get yourself this bidet. 

(My wife loves it) Great product !! Very satisfied with the Neo Elite bidets. Bought the first in Oct. 2017 so far maintenance free, been working smoothly. Sister-in-law came -short visit-, when asked what present she wanted to take back home, without hesitation she asked for one of these. Bought a second one for her (Nov 2019) and just recently she thanked us again for such an useful gift. It should be kind of "mandatory" in any household !! 

The NEO 185 was very easy to install, instructions were easy to understand and follow. The quality is excellent and works extremely well, also having the variable pressure makes it a pleasurable experience. The cleaning function works well also and does a good job. The product is made very well and is made with high quality materials. My family is very satisfied with everything about this product. 

It was tricky to install because we had a skirted toilet. But the extra parts that were needed were provided free of charge. I was going for a cheap option but wound up having to buy the toilet seat that was especially designed for this bidet. So I may have chosen an integrated option had I known how involved the overall process would be. Really makes you miss it when you aren’t home though! 

Such an incredible bidet! Honestly, the functionality, the style and the utility is groundbreaking. Never going back to an un-bidet toilet ever again! Much more of an affordable option versus some of the other bidets on the market right now. Purchased a second one for the second toilet in the house and have not looked back! 

Not a whole lot to say. I've been getting bidets from LUXE for my household and family members for years. I have had no complaints about any of them personally, nor have I heard any negative feedback from family members and friends that I've gotten bidets for. I like this particular model over the 180 due to a preference for the dials vs the pull-lever, since the lever can get accidentally pulled by loose clothing.
