The NEO 185 was very easy to install, instructions were easy to understand and follow. The quality is excellent and works extremely well, also having the variable pressure makes it a pleasurable experience. The cleaning function works well also and does a good job. The product is made very well and is made with high quality materials. My family is very satisfied with everything about this product. 

Amazing product and the price cannot be beat. I can’t even remember life before this bidet, simply amazing. Super easy to install, the water stream is pretty strong so usually keep the pressure on low. Not having the hot water attachments does leave you with a pretty cold water stream, but you get used to it. If you’re sensitive to cold water, I’d opt for the warm water attachment but it really isn’t a big deal. I’m super satisfied with my purchase! 

I never thought I would say this but I officially love our bidet! I’m a manly man and would not have expected it at all but there is just something nice about being extra clean with so little effort. My wife really appreciates that it has the nozzles more directed towards her needs. Installation was very simple, just don’t over tighten or cross thread anything and it won’t leak a drop. I highly recommend everyone have a bidet in their house 

Extradinarily wonderful! Don’t know how I lived without it. Installation would have been easy had it not been for my add-on T-Adapter with shutoff. It was so shallow and not enough threads to screw on to toilet evenly. But the bidet itself is fantastic. I had to pay a plumber for installation thanks to shallow T-Adapter but it was worth every dime. Great product. Highly recommended. 

We have had our NEO 185 for several months now and wonder why we waited so long to purchase a Bidet! It was very easy to install, I am a senior and did it myself in about 20 minutes. My husband wasn't sure about it at first but now, has become it's biggest fan! The quality is great and still have trouble believing it was less than $50! We love this thing and recommend it for anyone who wants to feel cleaner after business is done. 

This was my first Bidet I ever purchased. As a liscensed plumber I was overly impressed on the ease of installation. They go above and beyond to make sure the installation is an easy one. When it comes to the performance of thr Bidet, I couldn't ask for more. There is more than enough pressure and the self cleaning function is great. 

Easy to install I really like the water pressure dial that it isn’t available on the newer model bidet. (I have both, I prefer this one). The customer service is also excellent! 

During the pandemic, my buddy recommended I buy the LUXE Bidet because of the ridiculous shortage of toilet paper. Not only would I save money on TP but I'd benefit significantly from a cleaner poop shoot. Pulled the trigger, installation was a breeze, and both my wife and I use it and are happy with the Neo 185. It's almost 2 years old now. EZ PZ on and off for a few deep cleanings. It works great! 

A friend of mine recommended these for the house. They are perfect. They only took 20 minutes each to install. Super easy! The spray and pressure work great along with the option for the feminine spray, the wife likes using it. I have three, there have been no issues. The amount of toilet paper being saved per month, I’d say 90% minimum. These are cost savers. 

I have been using this Luxe bidet for over a month now. The installation was easy. And since its water wash it doesn’t need toilet papers and i save a lot on those. Another unique feature is self cleaning nozzle which is great for maintenance. It also has a feminine mode for gentle spray. Only complaint i had is with the length of connector between water outlet and bidet.
