I purchased the Neo 185 in January 2020 after experiencing some medical problems. The cleanliness I feel after using this bidet is wonderful. I have been asked ehat I miss most when traveling and before it would be my own bed; not anymore as now I miss my bidet when traveling. This unit is easy to install, use, and keep clean. It leaves you feeling fresh and clean while also reducing the need for toilet paper. It’s a model I now recommend to everyone I know. 

It works great and was very easy to install. This is my second bidet toilet attachment. My first one was a Kohler PureTide, which is built into the toilet seat. While I liked the simplicity of using the wand to control the nozzle and pressure on it, the seat that it was built into was not very comfortable. The Luxe Neo 185 is definitely the better choice for me because I can pick what ever seat I want for my toilet. 

Love love love. This is the second bidet I've purchased. Doesn't connect to warm water, but I haven't had any issues with the cooler water. Love that it has a dual nozzle for the front and back. I always miss having the bidet whenever we're traveling and only have toilet paper, hahaha. I've been spoiled. Very easy to assemble as well as long as the back of your toilet is easy to access. 

It was tricky to install because we had a skirted toilet. But the extra parts that were needed were provided free of charge. I was going for a cheap option but wound up having to buy the toilet seat that was especially designed for this bidet. So I may have chosen an integrated option had I known how involved the overall process would be. Really makes you miss it when you aren’t home though! 

This was my first Bidet I ever purchased. As a liscensed plumber I was overly impressed on the ease of installation. They go above and beyond to make sure the installation is an easy one. When it comes to the performance of thr Bidet, I couldn't ask for more. There is more than enough pressure and the self cleaning function is great. 

So I have thought about getting a bidet for a long time and I don't know what took me so long. This is beyond my expectations and I am so glad I made the leap. You can control the water pressure, their is actually a nozzle made for women and it's got a self cleaning nozzle. Convenient and such a great decision. My sister just might be getting one for her birthday coming up. I definitely recommend it and it's good quality. 

Feeling pretty good with the new bidet. However it was tricky figuring out how to operate it since we need to pull the lever up instead of rotating it. Also most people might not have both hot and cold water near the seat. So make sure to close the hot water inlet with the cap before trying it out. Other than that it's very easy to install and use 

We love this bidet! it gets the job done. It was also super easy to install in our master bathroom. We also love how there is a self cleaning nozzle for the bidet. We would love to get more bidets for our other bathrooms in the house because it is just that good!! Most bidets are a couple hundred dollars but this bidet is great and affordable. we will definitely be purchasing more in the future. 

We purchased the LUXE bidet originally for a family member that was having shoulder surgery. It was such a help for her that we bought one for ourselves and another family member. The bidet is a fantastic product for everyone but especially if you need "some help" for whatever reason. Some of our friends laughed but they were not laughing when we had the great toilet paper shortage. We were suddenly the smartest people they knew. We were just way ahead of the times! lol! 

We love this bidet. It is reasonably priced and easy to install. My son liked it so much he asked for one for his bathroom. Our recent houseguest was so impressed, he will order his own. The company is great to work with too. I’ve called customer support twice and received excellent service . I highly recommend this product and company.
