Purchased my first Luxe Bidet after an all male conversation in fish camp, you have to imagine all the snickering and remarks going on in the cabin. That was 5 years ago and since then I have installed / upgraded in that every toilet in my house and garage has a Luxe Bidet. It now seems that anyone that has purposely or accidentally experienced my bidet has installed or wants one installed. 

You guys are a great company and I will be recommending your product to all my friends! 

I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time. 

Installation was super easy, and having this bidet has been a game changer. I love knowing that cleanliness is always available. Ordering was easy. The only thing that isn’t great is the water response to the handle can be too full power and either splash where you don’t want or be too forceful of pressure. I wish this were rectified in the original design. 

This is the greatest thing ever! I can't believe I lived my whole life without a bidet. I thought they were too expensive, to unfriendly to use, and I didn't have enough room. All this was nonsense and Luxe Bidet Neo 320 proved me wrong. I love the hygiene and love the fact that I'm saving trees by no longer buying toilet paper. I had a problem with the first one I purchased and had immediate relief from the good people at Luxe. I recommend them to everyone! 

I feel like I am living in Luxury with this awesome Hot/Cold water Bidet. It was super easy to install and no worries about cleaning as it has self-cleaning nozzles. Comes with dual wash nozzles, a mode knob, and a pressure control lever. It also has a neat feminine wash mode that has a more delicate spray. No more worries about toilet paper shortages with this! 

This is our second Neo 320 Luxe Bidet purchase, and we haven't been disappointed. Operation is straightforward. It has a self-cleaning nozzle to keep tubing clean. In addition to regular mode, it also has a less forceful feminine wash mode. I really like the fact that unit can be connected to a hot water source, allowing a warm water cleansing process. This Luxe bidet is one of those things that, once purchased, you won't know how you ever lived without it! 

I really like the neo320 bidet. I haven’t gone through a winter with it yet but imagine I will appreciate the option to warm the water before using when it gets really cold. I like being able to lift it up when cleaning the toilet bowl. That’s a great improvement! But not being able to open the shield in front of the nozzles is inconvenient. Overall, if not for that one con, I’d rate this 5 stars easily. 

Have had this bidet now for over three years and is one of the best things that have happened to us since we moved into our dream retirement home in the Nantahala National Forest. It is such an important aspect of our day that we really miss it on vacations. It is healthy, environment friendly and a luxury. The functionality is flawless and is likely to last a lifetime. I adjusted the direction of the streams (by placing my hand in front of the stream before I turned on the valve) and then tightened the seat screws as I installed the bidet. We have been using the Neo320 for over a year and it is far superior for cleanliness when compared to papaer. I can't say that it's paid for itself by replacing the paper, but the overall confidence in being clean is well worth the cost of the unit.
