I am so glad we installed this bidet. The option to have a warm water spray is great. The bidet was easy to install since I had hot and cold water supplies on the same wall (for the washing machine) & I didn’t need to route anything to the sink. The bidet itself takes some getting used to like they all do I’m sure. We will probably get a second one to install in another bathroom. 

Easily installed-I don't mind the cold water as it is refreshing! I bought this for me but my husband LOVES this (won't go to bathroom anywhere but home and says he has NEVER felt cleaner.) This Neo 320 is holding up very well as it gets used daily and I have had mine over 1 year with NO problems! It has even held up to the grandkids messing around with it! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! 

The NEO 320 Bidet attachment was a good investment and a superb addition to our home’s toileting hygiene over the time we have had it and installed it in our new home in an over 55 age community. Both my wife and I use it and enjoy the cleaner, fresher feel after the attachment helps cleanse us after using the commode! 

I love this Bidet! I don't know why I went 30 years without one they are amazing at keeping you clean throughout the day and saving you toilet paper. Set up was easy and the quality is great. I always recommend this to friends and family because of that and of course because it's price is super economical. I've had it now for a year and a half and it's still working great just like new. 

Purchased my first Luxe Bidet after an all male conversation in fish camp, you have to imagine all the snickering and remarks going on in the cabin. That was 5 years ago and since then I have installed / upgraded in that every toilet in my house and garage has a Luxe Bidet. It now seems that anyone that has purposely or accidentally experienced my bidet has installed or wants one installed. 

I love my NEO 320's so much, I have bought 3 of them! I couldn't imagine living in a house without at least one of them! They are well-designed, easy to install, priced fairly and they work well. I love being able to use warm water without having to have an available electric outlet. I cannot even think of an improvement to suggest. Great product! 

So with the great toilet paper shortage of 2020, many people started looking into bidets. Me included. This has been working really great, although I would advise when using, to open the water flow gradually so you don't get hit with a mini fire-hose burst of water. Bidets are standard in other countries, I think they should be in the US as well. It's nice to be fresh and clean all of the time! 

You may think you don’t need one of these, but you do. The Luxe Bidet is of very high quality and super easy to install and use. I bought my first one during the toilet paper shortage of 2020. Had it for over a year then moved away. I realized how much I missed it, and bought another. The only other way to get this clean is by taking a shower. I have no desire to go without again. 

I love my LUXE Bidet. I love it so much that I avoid going #2 anywhere but my own home. I'm never going back. It's super easy to install, and having the metal and plastic T-adaptor is helpful. Hot water hook-up is difficult to manage if your sink isn't near the toilet, but that isn't LUXE's fault. I tell everyone that I love my LUXE bidet and that they are truly missing out if they don't have one. We all deserve the luxury of a bidet! 

I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time.
