This bidet is great. It has two cleansing spigots. One for the feminine area, and one for the rear. I love that this model hooks up to your sink hot and cold pipes. Having warm water in the spray units is very nice, especially in the winter time. This bidet was easy to install. It comes with an instruction pamphlet and the tools necessary for installation. 

The NEO 320 Bidet attachment was a good investment and a superb addition to our home’s toileting hygiene over the time we have had it and installed it in our new home in an over 55 age community. Both my wife and I use it and enjoy the cleaner, fresher feel after the attachment helps cleanse us after using the commode! 

Purchased my first Luxe Bidet after an all male conversation in fish camp, you have to imagine all the snickering and remarks going on in the cabin. That was 5 years ago and since then I have installed / upgraded in that every toilet in my house and garage has a Luxe Bidet. It now seems that anyone that has purposely or accidentally experienced my bidet has installed or wants one installed. 

Have had this bidet now for over three years and is one of the best things that have happened to us since we moved into our dream retirement home in the Nantahala National Forest. It is such an important aspect of our day that we really miss it on vacations. It is healthy, environment friendly and a luxury. The functionality is flawless and is likely to last a lifetime. Installation was super easy, and having this bidet has been a game changer. I love knowing that cleanliness is always available. Ordering was easy. The only thing that isn’t great is the water response to the handle can be too full power and either splash where you don’t want or be too forceful of pressure. I wish this were rectified in the original design. 

I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time. 

I really like the neo320 bidet. I haven’t gone through a winter with it yet but imagine I will appreciate the option to warm the water before using when it gets really cold. I like being able to lift it up when cleaning the toilet bowl. That’s a great improvement! But not being able to open the shield in front of the nozzles is inconvenient. Overall, if not for that one con, I’d rate this 5 stars easily. 

I'd been interested in getting a bidet for some time, both to save toilet paper, because it's much more hygienic, and to better care for those areas where paper can be so abrasive. I made the decision to get the Neo 320 and was actually quite surprised with the quality. Before purchasing I was debating whether to get an attachment, or one of the much more expensive bidet seats available online, and I think I made the right choice with this. 

Very easy to install. The directions are good and easy to understand. The ability to adjust the water temperature is a nice feature. 

The Luxe neo 320 is simply fantastic. Our first one started leaking internally and the folks at Luxe promptly sent us a new one at no cost to us. We were without our Bidet for about 10 days and we just didn't feel anywhere as clean as we do use our neo 320. It is really wonderful to have that clean feeling. We highly recommend to everyone young and older.
