It does as advertised. Very nice to have the warm water setting as well. The way it fits on a toilet requires toilet seat risers so that the seat can be level. That took a lot of trial in error over the years due to differences in toilet seat shapes we've encountered. The controls can be a little sensitive, meaning the jet of water that comes out can be stronger than expected. Overall, a good product. 

When the pandemic began there was a toilet paper shortage. My daughter suggested we get a Bidet. After reaching the different bidets we decided on Neo 320. Not ever using a bidet we didn’t know what to expect. After the arrival the installation was quick and easy. We have since installed one in each of our bathroom. Our toilet paper usage has dropped dramatically. We truly don’t know how we got along without one. It is very simple to use and the controls are great. 

I really wanted to like it. I spent a long time searching for a bidet and finally found this one, thinking it would be a great fit based on the price and reviews. I ordered two of these bidets several months ago. However, I had a lot of trouble installing it, even after watching many YouTube videos. I eventually asked a friend who is a handyman to help me with the installation, but we still encountered the same issue. In the end, I had no choice but to return it. 

After using the first unit for a couple months one of the fittings broke and leaked everywhere. Luxe Bidet replaced the unit immediately after contact. The period of waiting for the new unit and installing it made me realize how barbaric wiping is now. If you get dirt, snot, spit, or any other substance on your skin you wash it but not the norm for one substance. Overall use of the unit is as expected. Great product for the price. 

This is our second Neo 320 Luxe Bidet purchase, and we haven't been disappointed. Operation is straightforward. It has a self-cleaning nozzle to keep tubing clean. In addition to regular mode, it also has a less forceful feminine wash mode. I really like the fact that unit can be connected to a hot water source, allowing a warm water cleansing process. This Luxe bidet is one of those things that, once purchased, you won't know how you ever lived without it! 

Thank you! Your bidet seat has changed my life! I have an ostomy bag and cleanliness is paramount for me. I wish i would have know about this 10 years ago. I had radiation and surgery below in 2012. I’ve had a rash below for quite a few months and this bidet has calmed the rash. We visited my son in an other city and wish he would have had one. Thank you again a thousand times 

This bidet is great. Works exactly as advertised, and not having to deal with ice cold water is amazing. Setting it up was a bit of a project, but all things considered they make it as easy as they can and provide everything you need along with helpful instructions. Overall a very good bidet, worth the price. Pro tip: turn the water on “nozzle cleaning” for 30 seconds before switching over to ensure you have warmer water. 

I am LOVING the Bidet. I was not sure what to expect. I am pleasantly surprised. It was super easy to install. I love that it has the self cleaning dual nozzles. It makes me feel more confident that the Bidet is clean. I also love the Hot and Cold water option. Sometimes you need a little cold other times you need a little hot. Anyone who is on the fence should go ahead and get one you wont reget it. 

I wish I had known about this bidet attachment before. My bathroom is very small so I believed I could not enjoy the hygenic luxuries of a bidet. Wrong! The Neo 320 is fantastic. I am a very happy lady after 48 hours of owning one. 

No problems with installation and great instructions. Looks good and more compact than expected. Works as described and IMO is a well made quality product. Wasn't sure how well I would adapt to using a bidet. Took a few tries to learn. Now, I absolutely love it! It really makes personal hygiene a lot easier. I actually missed using it while away on vacation. Highly recommend this. Buy it. You'll be glad you did!
