We finally decided to get a bidet half way in the Year of the Great TP Shortage and landed on this one for purchase. Our criteria was 1) affordable price 2) reliable manufacturer preferably made in Japan or South Korea 3) must include features we thought were important such as air drying, stainless steel nozzles, and self-cleaning nozzle. We passed some of the fancy features for the higher price-range product lines such as detached remote, self toilet bowl cleaning or automatic closure/open.... The delivery was quick with Amazon Prime and the installation was a breeze. Manual booklet was very clear and all the necessary extra parts came with the product. I’ve never done a plumbing work myself, but what was described in the manual seemed so easy, I decided to install all by myself while hubby stepped out to pick up a to-go dinner. It took less than 15 minutes and I got to enjoy the first bidet run before he even came back. Look no further and this product is solid! If you never heard of the brand Conway, they are a solid manufacturer in South Korea that is known for air purifier and water purifier products. I was very impressed that my “clean bidet” button sends small electricity to water to clean the nozzles inside & outside with electrified water!

I work the nozzle could adjust its position More. I end up shifting myself to accommodate. Seat heating is good. Air dry feels cold at first and takes a while. The water pressure could be a little higher too. I ordered the elongated version and it seemed like the only option at the time but I received a round version.

Took me about 25 minutes to install and I didn't need any tools other than a pair of pliers to install the T connector to my water supply. You need to make sure you have enough room on the right hand side for the control arm and a GFC outlet nearby to plug the unit directly into- you cannot use a power strip. Also, the seat was a little larger than my toilet as if my toilet is a small size and the bidet is made to fit a larger toilet but it works fine anyway. The bidet seat hole overhangs the t... The bidet seat hole overhangs the toilet bowl by an inch or so but this did NOT cause any issues of water leaking down the side of bowl as I imagined might be the case. The bidet feels like a top-line model and comes with all the bells and whistles you could want including heated seat, heated air dryer, controls to adjust the water power and also movement of the water spray nozzle with a neat "move" button that makes the nozzle move back and forth to clean a larger area. There is a lot of thought into sanitation built into this model such as electrolyzed water and self-cleaning functions to keep things sanitary which is a big plus for female use (I'm a male). You don't think about that until you start using one and those bases are covered on this model. Comes with a real instruction manual which tells me this product is backed by a large manufacturer and seems to be an established brand with customer support here in the U.S. It ships with a large plastic brail diagram of the control arm so that says a lot about this company's standards of customer support. It's worth every penny. If Apple made a bidet toilet seat, I can imagine it would look a lot like this, except the control arm would be an app on your phone. lol. Very happy with this purchase.

Top cover will break in less than 2 year
Plastic they used for top cover will not last. Hinge for the top cover is made of bad plascti and it literally crumbled to pieces in less than 2 years. I reached out to support in hopes of purchasing the cover but the parts are not available for sale. Please do yourself a favor and buy Toto.

it was good first couple years, but the seat start to crack (bottom) and it starts to drip water. And this seems to be the common problem per other review too. Finally the water won't stop running and wash functions no longer working. Just buy a cheaper one and it probably last longer. Oh, air drying is completely useless, you probably need half hour to get it dry.

installation requirement not mentioend clearly.
the installation requirement should show the distance/free space requirements for bolting to the toilet. it only shows what type of toilet it fits in the amazon ad. it needs more free space from the bolt of the toilet cover to the water reservoir. but it works fine.
