Nice bidet but like the Prestige Luxury Class Bidet Seat BB-800 much better

This bidet took some work to install only because there is not usually electricity running in the potty room. Other than that, it works like a charm. 3 different cleaning modes lasting approximately 2 minutes each, you choose the mode. Also has a child mode and air dry for additional 2 minutes. Overall very happy with this bidet. Definitely would recommend to others.

Second one purchased. Checks all the boxes for us. Instant hot water, enema, massage etc... great support had a problem with a part that was shipped to me to replace. Highly recommend.

Overall, we're very happy with it. It's not perfect, but this bidet became indispensable to us pretty fast. very nice, I got it because I am going to have my shoulder replaced and told hubby I wanted one before I had my surgery. I think it will come in very handy. It was simple to install.

I got used to these toilet seats living 11 years in Japan -when I returned to USA I bought this one. It was really great for almost 10 years. Then some sort of sensor seemed to fail -it seemed as if the electronics died out. If I was a handy person with things like that I might’ve been able to figure out what happened and fix it. Instead I replaced it with a different one. I was not happy with that one at all (this might be TMI, but the enema function is what I like about this one and what was lacking on the other one). I ended up giving that one to my mother. I purchased this exact same one again! Life is back to normal now!

Bought this because of tp shortage. Had never uses a bidet b4. Easy install. Our outlet was close enough. It runs quietly Makes us clean, & we feel pampered.Our tp consumption has reduced by at least 80-90%

I bought this to replace a Luxe EB800. The soft close hinge mechanism of the seat broke a year and a half into ownership and after getting used to a soft close lid it's jarring to hear the lid slam after use because habits are hard to break. I shopped around for a replacement and did not want to tool around with remotes that used batteries and I also wanted to break away from relying on a tank limited warm water supply. The shipping was very fast, the water pressure was not as i expected, I think the water pressure need to be more powerful.

Worked great when we first got it, in January 2017. In February of 2018 or so it started dripping water when not in operation. Tried to call support and they weren't that helpful. Since the leak is very small and doesn't effect operation we've just lived with it. In March of 2020 the toilet seat itself started cracking. There is now a hairline fracture on one side and it is slightly uncomfortable to sit on. Of even more concern is that bacteria are probably growing inside this crack since we're unable to fully clean. We're going to replace the seat with something else, probably a Toto. I would have expected to get more years out of this product.
