The CLEANTOUCH CT-1500R has been a fantastic upgrade to our bathroom. The warm water wash and heated seat add so much comfort, especially in colder months. I love the stainless steel self-cleaning nozzle for hygiene, and the LED nightlight is a helpful touch. Their customer service in Canada is excellent. I had a problem with nozzle. , and they were quick and friendly with their support. Great product, made with quality in Korea, and backed by solid service – highly recommend!

Had it for 3 months. Budget item and has everything I wanted which was great. A couple of meh issues, not a deal breaker but some area of improvement. 1. The cleaning nozzle could be a little longer when fully extended. 2. Never noticed it before but as of late, the first 2 seconds of water spray is cold so you'd have to brace and then the desired temperature will follow. Still a life changing purchase w/ room for improvement hence the 4 star. Will have to see if it passes the test of time.

A bidet will change your life I swear! So much more comfortable. This specific one is great, the features and different configurations offer a range of water jets to fit everyone's liking. It feels just like the Japanese bidets.

We bought the CT 1500 model 2 years ago on a recommendation. We love it, the control panel is easy to use and the functions are really great; heated seat, heated water with different temperatures, pressure control, position control. It’s a deluxe model compared to more basic ones we tried elsewhere. Only problem we had is that the seat cracked lightly on the outer edge recently, we don’t know why. Still usable but we contacted the company and they sent us a replacement seat at no charge. Really great customer support, they responded quickly to our issue and resolved it in no time.

I discovered bidet seats during a trip to South Korea a few years ago. I was looking for a bidet seat for a while, then I found this Clean Touch bidet seat. Made in South Korea which is totally a plus, packed with a lot of features for a reasonable price point, the quality seems good (stainless steel nozzle, among other things). Worked great for six months then died. Contacted support as its supposed to have a “stress free 2 year warranty”. They asked for a video of the malfunction, which I provided. More than a week later and nothing. No update and no reply to my request for a status update. Not feeling so stress free when you lose confidence they are going to resolve the issue. It’s a shame because when it worked it was actually a good product, but if its only going to last leas than a year and not have the support and warranty as advertised I would have to not recommend.
