Did not dislike anything. After hip surgery I don't think I could have done without it. No need for TP

This is a great product with great customer service. I had a problem with the soft close lid after the unit was out of warranty, I talked to customer service and they sent the part and all the instructions to replace it, At no charge not even the shipping. That does just not happen in this day and age any more. Every one told me only buy a TOTO seat, But I would highly recommend the Clean touch for the price and the great service.

J ai acheté ce siège bidet et j ai eu un souci après 18 mois, j ai contacté la compagnie et ils ont réparé sans frais Je suis tellement contente Je l adore J ai aussi une toilette intelligente de plus de 1000$ et ce siège fonctionne mieux

I was happy to get next day delivery as I was doing upgrades to the bathroom. The seat functions wells, however I am disappointed in the oval shape as it doesn’t match the actual toilet shape. When you use the bidet feature, water settle in that gap area which I believe will require frequent cleaning.

Le siège est correct mais la manette est hors services le stop ne fonctionne pas et le vaccum non plus donc problème
